There are 2 things I have loved all my life- reading and music. As such, I play 3 instruments (Trombone, Guitar and Piano), love to sing all kinds of music and dance as often as I can. I also love reading all kinds of things- from Journal articles, to English literature, manga to comic books and even encyclopaedias about insects and animals! I also rather love technology, and love using technology to learn and help others learn. Furthermore, I like talking to different people and I'm a good listener. I have acquired a level 5 TEFL qualification, certified by Qualifi. I have a Bachelors and Honours in Chiropractic and have just completed my Masters in Chiropractic, making me a fully qualified practitioner. My Masters requires me to complete an original dissertation to be able to qualify and the findings of my dissertation are going to be published in a local journal later this year.

With extensive experience teaching a wide range of subjects, I have developed interdisciplinary methods that make learning both enjoyable and relevant. By integrating geospatial sciences with English language instruction, I create lessons that demonstrate the real-world applications of what students are learning. My aim is to ignite curiosity and passion for the subject while equipping students with the skills to excel academically and beyond. Over the years, I have taught students from diverse age groups, from primary school to university, and from various cultural backgrounds and nationalities. This breadth of experience has allowed me to tailor my teaching approach to meet individual learning needs, ensuring that every student, regardless of their background, can succeed. I’m a Psychology undergraduate and MSc Cognitive behavioural therapy student with a strong passion for mental health and learning. My name is Harrison, I am studying electrical engineering at the University of Nottingham. I am passionate about tutoring particularly GCSE Maths. My hobbies include Jiu-Jitsu where I occasionally participate in tournaments and the robotics society at the University of Nottingham working on PCB design and control systems. I am attending the University of Nottingham studying Electrical and Electronic Engineering. At A-level I studied at New College Doncaster where I achieved an A* in Maths and Further Maths, an A in physics and a Distinction* in CTECH IT. At Secondary School I achieved four 9s out of 11 total GCSEs, the 9s being in History, French, English language and Maths. I have 2 certificates currently one being the MATLAB Onramp and the other an introductory course on C#.
