I earned my Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, majoring in Marketing Management, at Capiz State University Main Campus. During my academic journey, I developed a strong foundation in business principles, specializing in digital marketing strategies, customer engagement, and market analysis. Beyond my coursework, I honed my skills in computer services and graphic design, which allowed me to take on freelance projects while studying. These experiences not only enhanced my technical and creative abilities but also taught me valuable time management and problem-solving skills. I'm quite passionate about helping students succeed because I've been in the same situation myself. I’m a patient and approachable tutor who thrives on seeing pupils grow in confidence and understanding. I have a good background in Physics and Maths, I tutor up to A-level in Maths, backed by top grades (9 in GCSE Maths, A* in A-level Maths, and A in Further Maths). I’ve helped students achieve their academic goals, including guiding a family friend to an A in A-level Maths, securing her place at her first-choice university. My lessons are engaging, supportive, and designed to challenge students while encouraging them to take risks and learn from their mistakes. I often use graph sketches, Venn diagrams and rough drawings to help illustrate problems. Outside of tutoring, I’m passionate about sports, especially football, tennis, and basketball, and I’m an avid Manchester United fan even if they're not very good! I attended Haberdashers' Aske's Hatcham College where I completed both my GCSEs and A-levels. I studied Mathematics, Further Mathematics, Business studies and Computer Science at A-level. After my A-levels I went to the University of Nottingham where I graduated with a BSc in Mathematics and Economics.

I am a current medical student at the University of York, with a passion for Biology and Chemistry, after being on track to achieve an E in Chemistry but ending up with an A I know first hand the value of the strong, co-operative and patient teaching that can benefit students grade outcomes. Due to being a current medical student I can also tailor my advice and teaching strategies to those who are seeking a carreer in healthcare. I have a particular interest in Neuroscience which I was able to explore in significant depth during my EPQ on the effects of hallucinogenic drugs and hallucinations on the brain and its neuroanatomy. I have experience volunteering within a school as well as private tuition and volunteering at an assisted living home for adults with complex learning difficulties. I have developed the skills nececssary to adapt my communication to suit the needs of the individual in order to develop the rapport that is vital for a strong student-teacher relationship.
