Hello, I’m Elchanne Mae A. Ricafort, a Licensed Professional Teacher, a Values Education major, and a cum laude graduate. I have teaching experience with both college and high school students, which has allowed me to work with learners from diverse backgrounds, abilities, and learning styles. In my classes, students can expect interactive discussions, fun activities, and practical examples that make learning meaningful and enjoyable. I also use various tools and resources to support every learner’s growth. My edge as a teacher lies in my background in Values Education and my commitment to nurturing not only academic growth, but also character, empathy, and ethical responsibility. Preferred Student Age Groups Am happy to tutor primary/ GCSE/ A-Level, as well as students or adults who have English as a Second Language. About me I love to travel, explore new places and meet people from different cultures. I spent ten years living in Athens, Greece where I worked as a private tutor: teaching TEFL to a wide variety of people - from complete beginners to students wishing to take Cambridge Proficiency exams in order to access UK universities. I have a BA Hons degree in Modern Languages: English/French with a module in Classical Greek Language and Literature. I believe in stress-free lessons , and learning in a relaxed setting. As a tutor I am not there to add pressure, but to help take pressure off. In terms of hobbies, I love reading, writing stories, and watching Turkish TV dramas. I am also a huge tennis fan. Last, but not least, I enjoy all forms of sugar - especially cake! Aside from my degree, I am qualified to teach TEFL. I really enjoy working with those who don't have English as a first language. It's a thrill to help them improve their speaking and listening - as well as reading and writing skills. It's wonderful to see them grow in confidence when expressing themselves in English. Furthermore, I am qualified to do proofreading. This fits in well with teaching English. I also have a certificate in Counselling Skills.

Hello my name is Carla Edmunds, I am from South Africa, I am a 36 year old English, mathematics, Biology and Geography teacher. I am a qualified preschool teacher as well as a Pastry chef. I love to travel around the world teaching my subjects as well as travel for my leisure , however teaching is my passion, I love to learn from my students as well as making sure that my students enjoy and understand their lessons for the day. I am a qualified preschool teacher as well as a pastry chef. I have taught English, Mathematics, Biology and Geography while teaching in Asia, as well as online. I have learnt so many traditional food dishes on my travels as well as sharing my home recipes I love. I love teaching and make sure that I am always finding new and creative ways to help my students learn and remember their lessons.

Hi, I'm Toluwa! I am currently in dental school. I enjoy teaching the sciences and maths up to GCSE level, as well as A-level Biology and Chemistry. I really enjoy staying active through netball and gym, and I also love to cook and travel in my free time. I look forward to teaching KS1-2 Maths and Science 11+ GCSE Maths GCSE Science - Biology, Chemistry and Physics (Combined Science/Trilogy included) I completed my GCSEs and A-Levels at top grammar schools, and I was able to achieve A* in Biology, A in Chemistry, and B in Mathematics at A-level. I am now studying Dental Medicine at university, where I continue to build on my strong science background.
