In addition, I have completed NCFE CACHE Level 2 and Level 3 qualifications in Supporting Teaching and Learning, which have provided me with a solid foundation in educational practice, child development, and effective classroom support strategies. Through my professional experience, I have worked closely with children across a range of abilities, including students with Special Educational Needs (SEN). This has strengthened my ability to adapt lessons to suit individual learning styles, break down complex concepts into manageable steps, and create a supportive and encouraging learning environment. I understand that every learner is unique, and I take pride in tailoring my tutoring approach to meet each student’s academic and emotional needs. My name is Liezle. I am currently pursuing a career in science as a trainee laboratory assistant within the biochemistry and chemistry fields. Additionally, I’ve run my own business, taught middle school in Asia, and for a few years exercised my creative muscle as a fashion assistant. Anything outdoor involving wine and food with a friend, or a lazy day at the ocean or hanging around in a shopping mall is a good day. I truly love science. I am passionate about learning new things and applying my knowledge to real-world problems. I am always eager to collaborate with others and contribute to the advancement of scientific research, testing and analytical thinking! I am a 3rd year student at the University of South Africa; I am pursuing a Bachelor of Science with a focus on biochemistry and chemistry. I have also gained valuable experience as a general science educator for a few years, where I taught students within intermediate phase, in the chemistry, physics and biology disciplines. I am also embarking on a one-year laboratory assistant trainee program.

Since joining GoStudent back in April 2023, I’ve had the incredible privilege of tutoring for over two years — and what a journey it has been! In that time, I’ve not only grown as a teacher but also as a communicator, motivator, and lifelong learner. My lessons are anything but “one-size-fits-all.” Every session is designed to spark curiosity, encourage outside-the-box thinking, and make learning genuinely enjoyable. I love giving students (and their families) the chance to shape the direction of our lessons — because when learning feels personal, progress happens naturally. For me, the most rewarding part of tutoring is watching students go from “I can’t” to “I can.” Whether it’s tackling tricky topics, preparing for exams, or simply rediscovering a love for learning, I’m here to celebrate every step forward and keep that momentum going. I studied at the UCL School of Pharmacy, and in October 2022, I proudly graduated with a First-Class MSci in Pharmaceutical Studies, a course that challenged me academically while also sparking my curiosity for problem-solving and research. Beyond the textbooks, I’ve always believed that learning should be creative and enjoyable. That’s why you’ll often find me making colourful, artsy study notes (which are slowly turning into a revision blog!), or bringing a creative twist into my lessons to help tricky concepts click. My education hasn’t just been about exams and grades — it’s also taught me how to stay curious, resilient, and open-minded, and I try to pass that on to every student I work with.

Hi I'm Zoe! I'm a medical student at Queen's University Belfast. I tutor Biology and Chemistry up to A-Level and really enjoy helping students build confidence in their learning as they improve their scores in exams. My lessons are well structured but relaxed, focussing on clear explanations and exam technique with individual feedback to meet each student's needs. In my free-time I love swimming and running! I'm currently a student at Queen's University Belfast, studying medicine. I went to Alleyn's School where I achieved nine grade 9s at GCSE and A*AAA at A-level in Biology, Chemistry, Physics, and Maths. I also achieved a BTEC in teamwork and leadership.
