I have also worked for a number of large firms as an accountant or an analyst, so have experienced business theory working in practice. I am also a CELTA qualified EFL teacher, and have spent a great deal of my life working or living abroad in countries including Saudi Arabia, France, Turkey, the United States and Japan. For personal pursuits, I enjoy travelling, playing the piano, visiting the gym, watching Clemson University's college football team and PC gaming. I hold a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Clemson University (South Carolina, USA). My undergraduate degree is a BA (Hons) in English, awarded by Loughborough University in 2003. After leaving university, I achieved my CELTA certification, and worked in Japan teaching English. Later, I had a career change and started to work for a global investment bank, and have worked as a financial analyst, economic analyst and management accountant. I have CTLLS and DTLLS teaching qualifications, which I earned while teaching BTEC subjects at college.

A Yr13 leaver who studied Maths, Further Maths, Physics and Chemistry at A-level. Maths enthusiast engaging within the SMC, achieving Gold, and participated within the Andrew Jobbing's Senior Kangaroo (2024). My enthusiasm for tutoring started from mentoring a student for GCSE (during Yr12). Through my aid and the student’s zeal, the student bumped their grade from Grade 5 (Yr11 Mocks) to achieving Grade 8 (GCSE results day). During sixth form, I belonged to the student mentoring organisation, where I aided a Yr9 student across various subjects, ranging from Biology to RS. I have availability for students Mondays and Wednesdays daytimes only. I have been an educator and trainer for over 17 years and love nothing more than seeing students achieve their goals. I am a scuba diving instructor as my main role and work all over the world. I enjoy watching Netflix and love diving even when I am not in work. I have been lucky to see a lot of the world through all my roles during my career. I tutor 11+, English at primary level and also tutor mathematics and science up to GCSE. I have knowledge of all UK countries curriculum and also the German curriculum. I myself completed the 11+ equivalent when younger and understand the commitment and learning that is needed to succeed. My favourite subjects in school were maths, science and physical education. I am also experienced in working with children with additional learning needs.
