Hi! I’m Regie Faith, a licensed Civil Engineer and TEFL-certified Math teacher. I enjoy teaching Math in simple and practical ways that make learning less intimidating, and I’ve worked with students of all ages both in class and online. Outside of teaching, I enjoy crocheting, reading, and playing board games, hobbies that keep me creative and patient in my lessons. I graduated with a degree in Civil Engineering from Southern Leyte State University and later earned a TEFL certification. I have over four years of classroom experience teaching Math to college students and one year of online tutoring for school-aged learners. I specialize in Mathematics at the primary and secondary levels, with strengths in simplifying concepts, exam preparation, and developing problem-solving confidence.

My name is Santosh Gopalan, an I am a graduate from the University of Surrey with an Honours degree in Economics. As a friendly and approachable tutor, I am passionate bout helping students not just understand maths, but genuinely enjoy it. I achieved A* in Economics and A's in Biology and Chemistry in my recent A-levels. Unlike typical tutors, I've been in the student's shoes, balancing A-levels, a social life, and university applications. As a gap year student aspiring to study medicine, I'm here to guide you through this challenging journey. In Year 12, I faced initial struggles, earning E, D, and C grades in Economics, Chemistry, and Biology. But within 8 months, I transformed my grades in economics achieving one of the highest marks in the country. As a student I've overcome the same roadblocks, revision hardships, and academic pressures as you. Top grades require more than just content knowledge; they demand effective hard work. Luck plays a role, but it's essentially a mathematical probability principle. With strategic effort, you can tilt the odds in your favour, no matter what challenges come your way. My tutoring sessions are personalised to each student's needs. To ensure the most effective guidance, I ask students to provide specific instructions for our sessions. This way, I can tailor my approach . My tutoring philosophy is based on a series of books / research paper i have read on educational neurosciences of how to learn most effectively which i personally implemented thus i know work for the average student . I have tutored for over 1000 hours so far - testimonials available on request . I accommodate the students as much as possible . Spaces are available but they are limited Achieved A* , A , A in alevels in 2023 in Economics , Biology , Chemistry respectively. As a student I know the struggles of taking some of the hardest alevels and balancing the workload that comes with them , I also took GCSEs in 2021 and received 12 GSCES at 9-7 grades .

I'm a medical student with 8+ years tutoring (A level / GCSE,). My expertise in chemistry / biology / maths. I have lots of experience in teaching humanity subjects such as English, sociology, and history. * Only AS chemistry and maths * I teach students at varying levels so it's important to adapt and adjust accordingly. If you're a visual learner, let's draw. If you're an auditory learner, let's discuss. If you're a note taker, let's learn the best note taking method for you! I do, however, encourage all my students to engage in spaced repetition learning. Whether we schedule that in during our sessions or if we use anki, this is probably the most important method of retaining information.
