Hi! I’m Amarachi, a Chemical Engineering student at the University of Nottingham. I teach maths and chemistry, and I’m passionate about making these subjects engaging and easy to understand. As a patient, adaptable, and enthusiastic tutor, I enjoy helping students build confidence and achieve their academic goals. Outside of tutoring, I enjoy reading, listening to music, and practicing taekwondo, and I always appreciate getting to know my students' interests as well. I’m currently pursuing a Master’s in Chemical Engineering at the University of Nottingham. At A level, I achieved grades A in Chemistry, Physics, and Maths, and at GCSE, I earned grades 8–9 in Triple Science, Maths, French and English Literature and Language. Currently, I teach KS2 (White Rose Maths) / KS3 / GCSE / IGCSE/ A Level Maths for AQA, OCR, Edexcel, and CAIE exam boards, and KS3 Physics (not Year 10 above). I also teach Maths for the MYP and IB Diploma Programme. I use resources from Pearson, Hodder, Cambridge, Oxford, Collins, Haese, and past papers as reference materials. Furthermore, I'm TEFL-certified and have been teaching English (ESL, Key (A2) PET (B1), First (B2), Advanced (C1) Certification), Math, Physics, and basic Japanese (N5-N4) part-time online for several years.
