When I’m not diving into the world of math, I enjoy watching anime, playing online games and puzzles, and even strumming a few tunes on musical instruments. Let's make learning math a fun and enriching experience together! I hold a bachelor's degree in mathematics education and bring a wealth of experience to my role as an online math tutor. My academic journey is deeply rooted in mathematics, with a strong foundation built from advanced courses in calculus, algebra, geometry, statistics, and applied mathematics. I have excelled in math since my school days, and my passion for the subject has only grown over the years. This robust educational background and extensive teaching experience form the cornerstone of my approach to tutoring, ensuring that I provide students with a comprehensive and engaging learning experience.

I am a 5th Year Medical Student and have been teaching for many years, I got accepted into grammar and have dedicated many hours to learning and passing on my knowledge. I teach 11+ and have proven methods on understanding the logic and ways to solve the questions. In addition I tutor Biology, Physics, Chemistry, Science, Geography and Maths. I have a keen interest in playing instrumets, learning a new language, keeping active and am currently a co-author on a pending paper to be published in the medical/surgical field. Outside of tutoring, I love 💻 coding, ⚽ sports, and 💪 working hard — and I bring that same energy and motivation into my lessons I am currently an undergraduate Computing student at the University of Greater Manchester. Hi, I’m Maite! I’m a native German speaker and teach German at all levels — Primary, GCSE, and A-Level. Besides German and English, I also speak French and Spanish. I hold a BA in Cultural Studies with a minor in Educational Science, which deepened my understanding of cross-cultural learning, communication, and how to make complex ideas accessible. During my time at university, I spent over three years tutoring children of different ages, working in a programme led by the German federal government to support children from migrant and refugee backgrounds in their school learning. I am now excited to work with adults as well. When I think back to my own school years, the teachers who inspired me most were those whose honest passion made even my least favourite subjects enjoyable. That’s the atmosphere I aim to create in my lessons: engaging, light, and enjoyable. Outside tutoring, I teach meditation and mindfulness and support a charity creatively, which helps me bring patience, flexibility, and creativity into my teaching. I tailor lessons to each student — whether you need grammar support, speaking practice, exam preparation, or a personalised lesson to build confidence at your own pace, or simply want to learn German out of interest and enjoyment. I hold a BA in Cultural Studies and Educational Science, which I completed at Leuphana University in Lüneburg, Germany. I specialised in cultural theory and visual culture and spent an Erasmus semester at Université Bordeaux Montaigne in France. In addition, I hold a Yoga Alliance–approved 200-hour Yoga Teacher Certificate, complemented by an additional 50 hours of training in meditation.
