Despite not having a lesson for a long time, we got back into it. Some talking before learning about the alphabet. She made sure I knew how to pronounce difficult sounds and took me through what we would be doing.

I have experience teaching languages ( ESL, German, French, Arabic) and Mathematics both online and offline to children and adults. I have worked in the past as a teacher for a private school and for a couple of organizations online and offline. If you're looking for a long-term patient tutor, a fun and entertaining learning environment then I'm definitely the one for you. I am a good listener. I love to explore and dive into new cultures and experiences. I love to travel and meet with people from different parts of the world, when we all bring our differences and similarities, and celebrate them together. As a third-year Mechanical Engineering student at QMUL, I have always had a natural affinity and deep passion for numbers. I possess extensive experience working with numerous students across diverse learning environments, including dedicated tutoring centres. I have successfully taught Mathematics up to A-Level and Sciences up to GCSE, helping students master both foundational concepts and advanced exam techniques. By combining my analytical background with a patient, tailored teaching approach, I strive to build genuine confidence and help every student achieve their full academic potential. I am a third-year Mechanical Engineering undergraduate at Queen Mary University of London (QMUL). My university coursework heavily involves advanced applied mathematics, mechanics, and physical sciences, building directly upon the solid foundation of my secondary education. Prior to beginning my degree, I completed my A-Levels in Physics, Mathematics, and Economics, where I achieved grades of AAB.

Hi! My name is Anushka Thomas and I am a second year Biomedical Science BSc Student at King's College London. I am specialising in Immunology and Infectious Disease and am particularly interested in drug discovery and public health. I am really passionate about studying and communicating science in a clear and engaging way! Attended Northampton High School (GDST) where I obtained 99998 in GCSE Chemistry, Biology, Physics, English language and Maths. I then went on to complete A-Levels in Biology, Chemistry and Maths. I have completed Year 1 of my undergraduate degree in Biomedical Science where I studied the following modules: Anatomy, Physiology, Molecular Genetics, Biochemistry, Cell Biology and Neuroscience, Chemistry and Pharmacology. In my second year I plan to specialise in Immunology and Infectious disease where I will be studying modules such as Cancer Cell Biology, Drug Discovery and Development as well as Medical Microbiology. Having spent the last 5 years undergoing rigorous examinations, university entrances as well as having to grasp vast amounts of difficult scientific content, I believe I am well-equipped to help others in similar positions.

Hello, I am a stop motion animator and aspiring filmmaker based in Scotland. Stop motion has allowed me to focus on my passion for storytelling and combines my love of literature, theatre and art. I absolutely adore stories: reading them, watching them, and capturing them myself. I am dyslexic and it has taken me time to develop all of the studying tips and tricks that I now have the privilege to share with others. I’m also a keen gardener, baker and painter. I have a first class joint honours Master of Arts in English literature and Film & Visual Culture from the University of Aberdeen. I was given the Seafield medal for English and the Film 23’ prize for my dissertation. I also studied Geology, Geography and Ecology as elective subjects at university. I also recently completed the Aardman Academy animation courses SM1 and SM2. I did GCSE’s and IGCSE’s followed by the International Baccalaureate at St Leonard’s High School and attended the Royal Conservatoire Juniors Production program alongside. My main subjects at IB level were English, Environmental Systems and Societies, Maths, Italian, art and theatre.
