I’m Tabitha, an experienced and friendly Chemistry and Maths tutor with over 1,100 teaching hours. I support learners from Primary level up to GCSE, A-Level, National 5, and Highers, helping them build confidence, strengthen understanding, and achieve real progress. My lessons are tailored to each student’s learning style using clear explanations, real-life examples, and exam-focused practice. I’m familiar with major exam boards including AQA, OCR, and SQA, and I specialise in improving problem-solving and exam technique. I also hold a degree in Biochemistry and a second degree in Safety, Health, and Environmental Management. When I’m not teaching, I’m keeping workplaces safe and bringing a bit of real-world detective energy into my day! I'm a Maths grad, currently working in the tech industry, having studied Maths, Physics and Chemistry at A-Level. Outside of work I'm a keen runner and hiker, who loves spending time outdoors outdoors or exploring London, and enjoys getting lost reading a great book! I attended Peter Symonds college for A-levels, where I took Maths, Further Maths, Physics and Chemistry. At Bath University I studied Mathematical Sciences, allowing me to dabble in physics while I focussed on Maths. Since university, I have studied again in Software Engineering and continue to learn constantly in my job.

I am a passionate and dedicated tutor currently studying Economics in my first year at university. I teach Economics, Spanish and A-level and GCSE Maths, bringing both academic excellence and a dynamic approach to every lesson. With two years of experience as an 11+ Maths and English tutor at Test Teach, I have developed a strong ability to engage I went to Sutton Grammar School where I got 11 9s in my GCSEs including maths, English language, English literature and Spanish. I achieved 3 A*s and an A in my A-levels in Maths, Further Maths, Economics and Spanish. I am a first year economics student.
