Hi! I’m Emilia, a Maths and Physics tutor with a strong academic background and a passion for helping students gain confidence in STEM subjects. I studied Mathematics, Further Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry at A-level, and recently completed my BSc in Mathematics and Physics. I’m now continuing my studies at the University of Cambridge, where I’m pursuing a Master’s (MPhil) in Data Intensive Science. I’ve been tutoring for the past two years, working with students of all ages and abilities, from primary school through to A-level. Most of my experience is at GCSE level, where I particularly enjoy helping students prepare for exams, strengthen problem-solving skills, and build genuine understanding rather than just memorising formulas. Outside of tutoring, I love combining my interests in science, coding, and education, as well as exploring creative projects that make complex ideas easier to visualise and learn. Hi! My name is Amy and I’m currently studying Maths and Philosophy at the University of Leeds. I am a Maths tutor aiming to help students between KS2 and GCSE level to enjoy and understand Maths. Beyond studying, I have a passion for dancing and love to perform on stage. When I am not dancing, I also love to solve puzzles and riddles. Initially, I attended All Saints Primary School. Then, I went to Greenbank High School and received 11 GCSEs with grades ranging from 7-9. I took a mix of GCSE subjects from Dance and Drama to History and Further Maths. After High School, I attended Runshaw College. I completed A-levels in Maths, Psychology and English Literature and earned grades AAC. I also completed an AS-level in Further Maths and earned a grade C. I am currently completing a BSc Maths and Philosophy honours degree programme at the University of Leeds. I have completed my second year and will hopefully be graduating in the summer of 2026.
