Hi! My name is sharmin, I am currently studying Medicine in Manchester and have worked with students of a wide range of ages and requirements. I personally thrive off learning and am a dedicated tutor who understands how important it is to provide students with unique and tailored support to help them not only achieve their study goals but also actively enjoy the learning process. Having faced my own challenging exams, I know what is needed to build up strong study habits and maintain motivation especially when encountering complex study concepts. I completed my GCSEs and A levels in Greater Manchester as well with the latter being during the COVID pandemic. In my degree I have spent a lot of time as a peer tutor to people in my class and students in the years of the degree below me in teaching societies. Alongside this I have also tutored students in English Language and Literature GCSE previously as I have always enjoyed the subject and volunteered as a tutor for students in Year 5-6 looking for additional support in their SATs exams.

I'm a chemical engineering student looking to share my personal tips and tricks that i use to easily understand stem subjects .My lessons cetre around personal , tailored teaching to help student reach whatever academic goals they have . I have been a private tutor for almost 5 years now so am confident in my ability to adapt lesson content to best suit individual student needs .I am also very familiar with most UK exam boards and keep exam papers as the main pivot of my teaching :) I specialise in teaching maths , physics and chemistry all from Ks1-Ks3 level ( science is taught at foundation GCSE level only - not higher ) For my A levels, I went to Havering sixth form college (the branch located in Upminster ) . There I studied maths, physics and chemistry at A level and left with decent grades . I then chose London south back university to do my undergraduate degree in chemical engineering

Hi! I'm Favour, I have experience tutoring students who are studying English language and Literature for their GCSE's. As a tutor I aim to breakdown questions & lessons to go along with the students' pace. During lessons I use the students interest to channel their learning & I am patient to ensure they get the most of the time. For example I once used a students' sports interest to breakdown the structure question in the AQA language paper 1 question 3. What I love the most about tutoring (apart from spreading knowledge of course) is getting to know, learn and see students develop.
