Hi! I’m Amarachi, a Chemical Engineering student at the University of Nottingham. I teach Chemistry, Physics, and Maths, and I’m passionate about making these subjects engaging and easy to understand. As a patient, adaptable, and enthusiastic tutor, I enjoy helping students build confidence and achieve their academic goals. Outside of tutoring, I enjoy reading, listening to music, and practicing taekwondo, and I always appreciate getting to know my students' interests as well. I’m currently pursuing a Master’s in Chemical Engineering at the University of Nottingham. At A level, I achieved grades A in Chemistry, Physics, and Maths, and at GCSE, I earned grades 8–9 in Triple Science, Maths, French and English Literature and Language. I have a strong understanding of the AQA, Pearson Edexcel, and OCR exam boards for both GCSE and A level.

I am currently studying Chemical Engineering at the University of Surrey. I can teach up to A-Level Maths. I have exam board experience for Edexcel GCSE Maths and OCR B MEI A-Level Maths. I am fluent in both English and Tamil. I am looking to teach anyone of all ages! I am only familiar with the English Curriculum (OCR, Edexcel, and AQA). I completed my GCSEs and A-Levels at Langley Grammar School and achieved an 8 in Maths at GSCE and a C in Maths at A-Level (5 marks off from a B). Since then I joined the University of Surrey and I am currently a 2nd year undergraduate in Chemical Engineering.

I have 5+ years of experience in teaching through learning centers and online academies. I am an Astrophile, I love space! My name is Katy and I graduated from the University of Manchester with a degree in Politics & Modern History. I have been living in Spain & France so am fluent in both languages whilst tutoring to a wide range of ages for the past few years. I am calm, interactive and experienced and enjoy working with students to help achieve their goals. I am TEFL certified, and have plenty of experience with all GCSE & A level examination boards. With regards to languages, I am able to support students in all aspects of exam preparation, from reading & writing to speaking & listening. I obtained my undergraduate degree in Modern History & Politics from the University of Manchester in 2021, where I specialised in Russian & Chinese history, as well as Modern African history, whilst including modules in advanced Spanish. I completed the International Baccalaureate where I studied a range of subjects including History, Spanish, French, English literature, Physics and Maths.
