Preferred student age group: Primary, GCSE, A-level I absolutely love teaching and in an effort to facilitate learning among younger children I have joined GoStudent. In pursuit of my ambition to become a Software Engineer, I strongly believe tutoring gives me the opportunity to communicate and express scientific ideas. I am incredibly passionate about helping students and giving them the knowledge that I have gained across the years especially when it comes to teaching Mathematics and Computer science as I have studied these at A-levels, alongside Further Maths and Physics.

GCSE: At GCSE, I am available to tutor Maths, Chemistry, and, Biology. At GCSE, I achieved 9 A* in; Maths, Further Maths, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Business Studies, Digital technology, English, and, Religious Education. I achieved an A in GCSE German. At A level, I achieved an A* in Maths, Chemistry, and, Biology. Exam Board: I completed all my GCSEs and A levels under the Northern Ireland CCEA exam board (NICCEA i.e. Northern Ireland Council for the Curriculum, Examinations & Assessment). Experience with: I have experience of the NICCEA and AQE system; at GCSE and A level, and, 11+ level respectively. I have experience tutoring a student for the 11+ exam, who completed the exam and got into his first choice (grammar) school. I have also experience working as a classroom assistant for ages 5-7, teaching them basic maths and money skills; helping them to really grasp the basics. I do not really have a preference with regards to age group or subject. About me: I am a 21 year old, second year Medical student at Trinity College Dublin. I am a football enthusiast; both as a player and a fan, and, also work with 11-13 year olds as a teacher in my church Sunday school. I also play a bit of piano after achieving up to Grade 6, although this is more of a hobby than a real skill in all honesty! I am a logical thinker and good communicator; with a large emphasis on being able to understand the question and the problem and then being able to solve it. For certain age groups, I will be using past paper questions to help build technique in answering common questions and, therefore, a create a strong foundation for more difficult questions. However, it is imperative topics are understood before they are tested so more fundamental teaching will always be put in place before questions. Apart from GCSEs and A levels, I don’t have any other ‘main’ qualifications but I’ve achieved Gold in a UKMT Maths Challenge and also completed the Chemistry Olympiad at A level. I also completed optional Scholarship exams at Trinity College Dublin, and am now a funded Medical Scholar for the rest of my degree. I have also completed the medical entrance exams, achieving 3180 99th percentile in UCAT, and 189 95% percentile in HPAT. I’ve Also completed a 5 week online course on Airway management in Intensive care and emergency situations; tied in very well with my love of Medicine

I am a very competent, efficient and creative tutor with a passion for progress. My students’ success is seen as my own and I strive to ensure that they achieve their potential both inside and outside the classroom. I am very thorough in my teaching, which inevitably leads to positive results and creates a good learning atmosphere. As of right now I am an undergraduate at the University of Warwick studying Economics. At A-Level, I achieved 3 A*s in Mathematics, Further Mathematics and Economics. At GCSE level, I achieved 6 grade 9s, 3 grade 8s and a 7 (in French :/) A few of my 9s included Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, Physics and English Literature. I have been tutoring for over 5 years and all feedback from students has been very positive, I'm known to never disappoint and always exceed the expectations of parents who employ me.

Hi, I am Fatima,a medical student at the University Of Leeds :) I really enjoy tutoring and aim to bring that enthusiasm to every lesson. The prospect of helping students not just understand the content, but hopefully appreciate how fascinating these subjects can be, is a genuinely exciting thought! To wind down,I like to spend time with my family and friends,exploring new places and seeing new things.
