Hi! My name is Fatima and I’m a passionate and experienced tutor specialising in Science, Maths, and English for KS3, GCSE, and A-Level students. I’m currently a final year university student, and outside of academics, I enjoy reading fiction, especially classic literature and psychological thrillers. I also love creative writing and exploring different ways to explain complex ideas in simple terms, which is one of the reasons I enjoy tutoring. I’d describe myself as being supportive, patient, and curious, and I’m always up for discovering new things or helping others do the same. I achieved A*s and As in Science, Maths, and English at GCSE, and an A in A-Level English Literature. Hi! My name is Mariyah, a friendly and dedicated Maths tutor currently on my gap year after completing my A-levels. I’m passionate about helping students build confidence and reach their full potential in both GCSE Maths and 11+ preparation. Having recently been through the exam process myself, I understand how to explain topics clearly, boost exam technique, and make lessons engaging and approachable. My sessions are tailored to each student’s learning style, focusing on building understanding and confidence step by step. I have recently completed my A-levels at St Clement Danes, studying Maths, Physics and Chemistry, getting BCC. These subjects have strengthened my critical thinking skills, making me have a deeper appreciation for how much we use these subjects every day. Having done the exams, I understand the struggles the students face and how to support them.

My name is Mustafa, I’m 19 years old and an aspiring medical student with a strong passion for science and learning. I enjoy studying and teaching subjects like biology, chemistry, and mathematics because I love helping others understand complex ideas in simple ways. Outside of academics, I’m dedicated to fitness and spend a lot of time training at the gym to improve both my body and discipline. I’m also currently learning Swedish, as I enjoy exploring different languages and cultures. I’m always working to grow, improve, and move closer to my goals every day. I studied in England and successfully completed my GCSEs with the grades 9,9,8,8,8,7,7,6,4. After that, I continued my education at the well-known Loreto Sixth Form College, where I completed my A-Levels in Biology, Chemistry, and Mathematics. My academic journey has strengthened both my scientific understanding and my work ethic. I am currently taking a gap year to gain experience, continue developing my skills, and prepare myself for the next step in my path toward studying medicine.

I’m currently in my first year of Biomedical Science. I have a strong passion for the sciences, with an interest of sharing scientific knowledge with my peers and students. I have done my A levels Maths, Biology and Chemistry in the UK but I have a multicultural background as I moved from Italy. I used to spent my Saturday mornings teaching primary schoolers in Italy with additional learning needs. This choice was rooted by the fact that my own brothers have additional learning needs so that experience, combined with being multilingual (I can fluently speak in Hindi, Punjabi, and Italian), has shaped how I approach learning with patience making sure nobody is eft behind. I want to become a tutor because it gives me satisfaction when I see students achieving their goals and see their self-confidence soar! I don't just want to teach subjects but I want to be a supportive part of their journey, helping them realize that no academic challenge is too big to overcome. I achieved my GCSEs (Maths, Physics, Combined Science, Philosophy, Latin, Italian Language and Literature, English, History, Social Sciences and PE) in Italy. After that I moved to the UK where I completed my GCSE in English language and Maths and an ESOL course at Tresham College in Corby. I continued my studies following my passion for the scientific subjects. I studied A level Maths, Chemistry and Biology, at the Corby Sixth Form, achieving a grade B in all three of my subjects. Currently I'm in my first year of Biomedical Science at the University of East Anglia. Additionally I also have completed an online course on careers available in the NHS and volunteered at my local hospital so I can provide mentorship for students interested in studying STEM degree and gain access in an health related career.
