I have a solid educational background, which has provided me with valuable insights and knowledge. Alongside my academic achievements, I’m also dedicated to fitness and regularly attend the gym to maintain both my physical and mental well-being. In addition to my degree, I have gained valuable experience working as a Teaching Assistant across a variety of subjects, such as English and Science including Mathematics. My role as a Maths TA allowed me to assist students with complex concepts, fostering an environment where they could confidently grasp challenging material. I have also worked as a TA for other subjects as mentioned, where I supported students with learning difficulties, provided additional help during lessons, and guided individuals in areas where they needed extra assistance. This experience has allowed me to cultivate patience, communication skills, and a genuine desire to help others improve academically. I find great satisfaction in seeing students progress and develop their skills, and I continue to be inspired by the positive impact education has on people's lives. I would say that I specialise in Maths and Science as subjects.

As a journalist with a deep passion for teaching, I've dedicated the past seven years to guiding a diverse group of teenagers and adults on their Spanish language journey. I’m Avalon! I’m 22 years old, I’ve recently graduated with a degree in Chemistry from Cardiff University. I’m currently doing my PhD in Computational Chemistry (also at Cardiff University). My teaching style is very methodical but still aims to pass on my enthusiasm for my subject. 1st class BSc in Chemistry with a Placement year abroad: 2021-2025. Currently doing a PhD in Computational Chemistry: 2025-2029. A-levels Maths (A), Chemistry (A), Physics (B): 2019-2021. GCSEs achieved grades 7-9 in Maths, English and all three sciences.
