Hello, my name is Lorenzo and I am an Italian mathematician. I have been a university lecturer of maths at the Department of Pharmacology of the University of Rome Sapienza for 4 academic years. I have worked at an international college school in Rome (courses fully taught in English language) as a teacher of maths and physics for students of years 10 and 11, following UK Cambridge curriculum and preparing them for the IGCSE exam. Here on Gostudent, so far I have helped tens of students to face Edexcel or AQA advanced maths exams. I am working as a private tutor of maths and physics since approximately 25 years, and I have recently been awarded with the University of London Worldwide Recognised Tutor Status. I’m a friendly and patient tutor who enjoys helping students build confidence in subjects that can sometimes feel overwhelming. I teach both Maths and Computer Science across a range of levels, from early primary all the way up to GCSE, I adapt each lesson to how the student learns best. My teaching style focuses on breaking concepts down into simple, clear steps. I like to make lessons interactive, encouraging students to ask questions and think through problems rather than just memorising answers. This helps them develop real understanding and the confidence to approach new topics independently. For younger students, I focus on making learning engaging and supportive so they feel comfortable participating. For older students, I emphasise exam technique, structured problem-solving, and strengthening any gaps in knowledge. Whether a student needs help catching up, preparing for exams, or simply gaining more confidence in Maths or Computer Science, my goal is always to create a calm and encouraging learning environment where progress feels achievable. I have a strong background in both Maths and Computer Science, and I have worked with students across a range of ages and learning styles. My experience includes tutoring primary, secondary, and adult learners, helping them improve their understanding of key concepts as well as their confidence in approaching challenging topics. I have supported students with curriculum learning, homework support, and exam preparation, particularly in Maths and Computer Science. Through tutoring, I’ve worked with learners who needed help strengthening foundations as well as students aiming to reach top grades. Hi! I’m Aldrin Morgan, a friendly and experienced math tutor with over 13 years of teaching experience. I help students understand math in a clear, simple, and stress-free approach, focusing on building confidence and strong problem-solving skills. My lessons are supportive, structured, and tailored to each student’s learning style, helping them improve at their own pace. I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communications Engineering and I am currently pursuing my Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering major in Communications (dissertation left) which gave me a strong foundation in mathematics, logic, and analytical thinking. My academic background, combined with experience in classroom management and student-centered teaching practices, supports my ability to teach complex mathematical concepts in a clear and effective manner, helping students strengthen both their understanding and confidence in math.

I am a first-year Mathematics and Statistics student at the University of Warwick. I have been living in the UK for the past five years, where I completed my GCSEs and A Levels while born and raised in Hong Kong. I studied Mathematics, Further Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry at A Level, giving me recent first-hand experience to understand the challenges that student face. What makes me stand out as a tutor is my ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and approachable way and try to spark their interest in the subjects. My goal is to explain concepts methodically to allow students to understand and build confidence in the subject. My aim is to ensure that students grasp the reasoning behind each method while developing the fluency needed to apply their knowledge when required. I will try to tailor my lessons to each student's individual goals through encouragement, critical thinking while most importantly developing independent study habits that will benefit them throughout their education. In addition, my experience volunteering to teach mathematics to primary school students has shown me the importance of patience, encouragement, and building mutual trust. I studied the subjects English Literature, English Language, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Geography, History, Electronics, Chinese and achieved 8 grade 9s and 2 grade 8s.
