Hi, I’m Amaan—a 4th-year medical student at Keele with a passion for teaching. I specialise in Biology, Chemistry, and Maths at GCSE and A-Level. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Sciences and Molecular Genetics from Saint Joseph University of Beirut (USJ), which provided me with deep expertise in Biology, Chemistry, and health-related sciences. Following my passion for data-driven analysis and technology, I pursued a Master’s degree in Business Analytics from the American University of Beirut (AUB). This blend of science, analytics, and languages enables me to effectively teach Chemistry, Physics, Biology, and French, ensuring clarity, depth, and practical understanding in each subject.

I have availability for students as per my calendar availability. I also work with students on a weekly basis at a minimum to ensure momentum and consistency for the student. My latest start time for lessons is 6pm and I start lessons on the hour to maximise my availability for students. I have been an educator and trainer for over 17 years and love nothing more than seeing students achieve their goals. I am a scuba diving instructor as my main role and work all over the world. I enjoy watching Netflix and love diving even when I am not in work. I have been lucky to see a lot of the world through all my roles during my career. I tutor 11+, English up to the end of year 9 only and also tutor mathematics and science up to GCSE. I have knowledge of all UK countries curriculum and also the German curriculum. I myself completed the 11+ equivalent when younger and understand the commitment and learning that is needed to succeed. My favourite subjects in school were maths, science and physical education. I am also experienced in working with children with additional learning needs.
