Hi, I’m Ade – GCSE Tutor (Maths and Science) I’m a graduate in IT Management for Business, and I offer tutoring in GCSE Maths and Science. With a strong academic background and a passion for helping others, I aim to make learning more approachable and less stressful for students. My sessions are tailored to each student’s needs—whether that’s boosting confidence, preparing for exams, or simply making tricky topics easier to understand. I focus on building a solid foundation while keeping lessons clear, engaging, and supportive. As someone who’s been through the GCSE journey myself, I know how important it is to have a tutor who’s patient, relatable, and explains things in a way that makes sense. I aim to create a comfortable space where students can ask questions freely and feel motivated to do their best. Outside of tutoring, I enjoy football, gaming, and all things tech—so I like to bring a bit of fun and real-world relevance to my sessions too. I completed my IT Management for Business degree with a 2:1 classification. The course combined maths, science, and business, giving me a strong mix of technical and practical knowledge. During my studies, I gained experience using IT systems, managing projects, analysing data, and improving business processes. I learned how technology, maths, and science can work together to help organisations make better decisions. I also took part in team projects that were based on real business situations. Some of the modules I did well in included Systems Analysis & Design, Business Intelligence, Strategic IT Management, and Quantitative Methods. These helped me improve my problem-solving and analytical skills and understand how to create solutions that meet people’s needs. My degree also improved my communication and critical thinking, which I now use to explain maths and science topics clearly when supporting students.

I’m currently a medical student and I really like passing my knowledge to young people and helping them achieve the goals that they want. I aspire to create a safe, friendly environment for students, where they can ask me for help whenever. With a deep passion for education, I strive to instil not only knowledge but also critical thinking skills and confidence in my students. I attended Southend High School for Girls and completed my GCSEs there. For A levels,I moved to Southend High School for Boys. Currently i am a medical student at the University of Nottingham. I have about a year of tutoring experience from beforehand, and i have worked at ExploreLearning for a few months.

I am a dedicated and motivated individual with a strong passion for helping students progress and reach their full potential. With over 2 years of experience working with students of all ages, I enjoy taking on new challenges, setting goals, and creating a supportive environment where learners feel confident and engaged. Outside of tutoring, I love doing henna art, reading crime thriller books, and spending quality time in social activities with family and friends. Building on strong academic performance, I am currently pursuing my studies with a globally recognised professional accounting body. Alongside my education, I have achieved several qualifications and gained 2 years of diverse training and practical experience in my field. With a solid foundation of academic knowledge and hands-on experience, I have gained and showcased my skills, strengthening my expertise while enhancing my communication and interpersonal abilities. I have 10+ years of teaching experience at school level, academies and online classes. To help my students out with their queries and bringing them out of grey zones is my utmost priority. My hobbies include working out, football and research. I believe that physical activity is very important for our mental health and it also helps us in making better decisions. On the other hand, I am constantly trying to research new studies and theories as learning is not restricted to a certain age group rather it is for all of us until we can still breathe.
