Hi! My name is Amy and I’m currently studying Maths and Philosophy at the University of Leeds. I am a Maths tutor aiming to help students between KS2 and GCSE level to enjoy and understand Maths. Beyond studying, I have a passion for dancing and love to perform on stage. When I am not dancing, I also love to solve puzzles and riddles. Initially, I attended All Saints Primary School. Then, I went to Greenbank High School and received 11 GCSEs with grades ranging from 7-9. I took a mix of GCSE subjects from Dance and Drama to History and Further Maths. After High School, I attended Runshaw College. I completed A-levels in Maths, Psychology and English Literature and earned grades AAC. I also completed an AS-level in Further Maths and earned a grade C. I am currently completing a BSc Maths and Philosophy honours degree programme at the University of Leeds. I have completed my second year and will hopefully be graduating in the summer of 2026.

I’ve had the honor of serving as a University Instructor and currently teach at a public school with the Department of Education. With a National Certificate in Computer System Servicing and as a proud WorldSkills Competition Winner 2022, I specialize in Computer Science, Educational Technology, and Contact Center Services. I also excel as a face-to-face tutor in Computer Science, English, Math, Geography, Science (particularly Chemistry and Biology), Sociology, Economics, and Psychology. I am a friendly, motivated individual who loves to help and support others. I want to use my personal experiences to help encourage and guide students to a successful pathway, during their educational school journey. I like to be creative, problem solve and always think outside of the box, which I like to share with others. I completed my secondary and sixth form studies at Bexleyheath Academy. I have achieved 9 GSCE's (Maths, English Literature, English Language, Combined Science, Media, Geography, Business, Photography). I have completed 4 A-Levels (Maths, Psychology, Media and Photography). I have since had an level 7 apprenticeship and am currently completing exams and studying towards the ACA qualification.

I’m a medical student with a strong passion for education and helping others succeed academically. Over time, I’ve developed effective learning strategies and a deep understanding of biology, chemistry, maths, economics, English all of which I’m eager to share. I'm highly organised, patient and committed to making a difference with all my tutees. I attended Shree Academy, where I completed my international GCSEs and A levels, achieving exemplary grades allowing me to pursue my medical career.
