My name is Aminah, and I’m an Accounting and Finance student at Aston University with a strong academic background in Maths and a passion for helping students feel more confident and capable in the subject. I’m currently in my first year of Biomedical Science. I have a strong passion for the sciences, with an interest of sharing scientific knowledge with my peers and students. I have done my A levels Maths, Biology and Chemistry in the UK but I have a multicultural background as I moved from Italy. I used to spent my Saturday mornings teaching primary schoolers in Italy with additional learning needs. This choice was rooted by the fact that my own brothers have additional learning needs so that experience, combined with being multilingual (I can fluently speak in Hindi, Punjabi, and Italian), has shaped how I approach learning with patience making sure nobody is left behind. I want to become a tutor because it gives me satisfaction when I see students achieving their goals and see their self-confidence soar! I don't just want to teach subjects but I want to be a supportive part of their journey, helping them realize that no academic challenge is too big to overcome. I achieved my GCSEs (Maths, Physics, Combined Science, Philosophy, Latin, Italian Language and Literature, English, History, Social Sciences and PE) in Italy. After that I moved to the UK where I completed my GCSE in English language and Maths and an ESOL course at Tresham College in Corby. I continued my studies following my passion for the scientific subjects. I studied A level Maths, Chemistry and Biology, at the Corby Sixth Form, achieving a grade B in all three of my subjects. Currently I'm in my first year of Biomedical Science at the University of East Anglia. Additionally I also have completed an online course on careers available in the NHS and volunteered at my local hospital so I can provide mentorship for students interested in studying STEM degree and gain access in an health related career.

Hi, I'm Ankita. I am a 4th-year medical student with a strong interest in tutoring GCSE Biology and Chemistry. My main goal is to help students understand difficult concepts by breaking them down into simpler, clearer steps. I aim to create a supportive, engaging environment where students can ask questions comfortably. I believe being patient and making learning fun and interactive can help students achieve their best! Outside of academics, I enjoy watching films, reading and learning new hobbies such as knitting and crocheting! I have achieved 10 GCSEs and completed my A-Levels in Biology, Chemistry, and Computer Science, with an Extended Project Qualification (EPQ). I then studied Medical Genetics at the University of Leicester and earned a higher education certificate, and currently, I am a 4th-year medical student.

Hi, I'm Lydia, a Chemistry graduate who loves teaching. I specialise in A-level Chemistry but have over 7 years of teaching/tutoring experience, with students from the ages of 3-18. My lessons are tailored to each student's pace and needs. When I am not tutoring, you will find me with my nose in a book. I did my GCSEs and A-Levels at Old Palace of John Whitgift School and completed my degree at University of Warwick. I specialise in tutoring A-Level Chemistry but enjoying teaching all age ranges.
