Hi! I’m Sabrina, a third-year medical student with a passion for Biology and Chemistry. I’m a patient, approachable and enthusiastic tutor who enjoys helping students build confidence and achieve their academic goals. Having experience tutoring SEN students, I understand the importance of adapting my teaching style to suit each student’s individual needs. I aim to make difficult topics easier to understand through clear explanations, encouragement and a supportive learning environment. Outside of my studies, I enjoy swimming which taught me discipline and perseverance. Hi I’m Krithi! I’m a friendly and enthusiastic tutor who enjoys helping students become more confident in Biology, Chemistry and Maths. I know that some topics can feel overwhelming, so I like to break them down into simple steps and explain them in different ways until they make sense. I’m patient, approachable and encourage students to ask questions and learn from mistakes. Outside of tutoring, I enjoy swimming and spending time with my family and friends. I’m really looking forward to helping students achieve their goals and enjoy their learning journey! I attended Highfields School, where I completed my GCSEs achieving all 7s, 8s and 9s, and subsequently studied A-level Biology, Chemistry and Mathematics, achieving AAA. I am now preparing to begin my undergraduate degree in Biomedical Science at the University of Birmingham. My main academic specialisations are Biology, Chemistry and Mathematics, with a particular interest in Biology and the biomedical sciences. I am particularly interested in how scientific knowledge can be applied to understand the human body and disease. Alongside my studies, I have gained experience supporting and tutoring younger students, including helping Year 11 students with their GCSE preparation. This has taught me how important it is to adapt explanations to each student's individual needs and learning style. I enjoy breaking challenging topics into smaller, manageable steps and encouraging students to work things out independently rather than simply giving them the answer.
