I’m an Oxford Chemistry student who has achieved top grades in Chemistry and Maths. I love helping students build confidence and improve their results. I have experience supporting GCSE and A-Level students, focusing on making tricky concepts clear and approachable. My lessons are patient, structured, and tailored to each student’s needs so they can reach their full potential. Studying a Chemistry degree at the Univeristy of Oxford has helped me develop a strong academic foundation and deep subject knowledge in both Chemistry and Mathematics. I studied at Loreto College, achieving A*A*A in Biology, Chemistry and Mathematics at A-Level. Before that, I attended Burnage Academy for Boys, where I achieved Grade 9s in GCSE Sciences and Mathematics alongside other subjects. My education has strengthened my problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as my ability to explain challenging concepts clearly and effectively.

I’m passionate about teaching and problem-solving. I keep learning new techniques to solve the problems and help students in growing their area. During the sessions, I work with my students through the agreed upon topic paying close attention to the core concepts, we go through some exam-style questions, and also learn how to frame the answers in the way examiners expect. I also share effecting studying and memory techniques to enable them to better learn and master their content. In my spare time, I enjoy singing (I'm currently taking a music theory class and hope to progress to one day play the cello) and dancing. These help me unwind and also have fun! I look forward to extending this interesting mixture of fun and learning to my students and help the strike that oh-so-elusive balance between work and play so that they can become the best versions of themselves.
