I attended Pimlico Academy School from 2004 - 2009 where I completed my GCSE and my first year In my college in Physical theatre and English literature. I moved on to Lewisham College where I studied mostly in Theatre but also included Dance, Art, SInging training and directing. I then studied Physical theatre at ST-Mary's Univeristy, where I completed a BA Hons with a 2:1.

Alongside my English Literature degree, I am a competitive middle-distance athlete and worked within the executive team, as VP of Sport, on my college committee at the University of York. I also enjoyed my role as a course ambassador, speaking to prospective students and parents at open days about studying English at Undergraduate level and university life in general. While at University, I began teaching English Literature and Language via zoom, primarily to GCSE students, with the hope of tutoring at A-Level too. My sessions are always based on the personal areas that each individual student wishes to focus on, to consolidate or enhance their understanding of the given topic. I am patient and understanding, so promise to support each student at their own pace and be not only a tutor, but also a reassuring support-system to whom they can direct any questions or queries. I recently graduated from the University of York with a First class honours degree in English and Related Literature. My modules covered an expansive geographical and temporal range from Latin Literature and the Middle Ages, to the Renaissance and 20th Century American Literature. In my A-Levels, I achieved 3x A*s in English Literature, History and Latin. In my GCSEs, I achieved a grade 9 in the following subjects: English Literature, English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Physics, Latin, History, Religious Studies and Computer Science, with an 8 in Chemistry.

Hi, I'm Marwa. I'm currently studying mechanical engineering with a strong interest in physics. I've worked as an in-person tutor, mostly in physics and biology, I've also tutored mathematics and english at KS2 level, which helped me develop great communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts in simple ways! I went to High School where I earned a grade 6 in Mathematics, Chemistry and Biology. After that, I studied at College and completed a Level 3 Extended Diploma in Applied Science with grades D*,D,D.
