Hi, I’m Fathima Shoudha, an enthusiastic and dedicated online mathematics teacher with a deep passion for inspiring students to see the beauty and logic behind numbers. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Laboratory Science, a discipline that strengthened my analytical skills and deepened my understanding of logical and quantitative reasoning. Throughout my academic journey, I consistently performed well in Ordinary Level and Advanced Level examinations, particularly in mathematics and science-based subjects, which provided me with a solid foundation in problem-solving and critical thinking. During my studies, I became deeply interested in the educational process itself — how students learn best and how effective teaching methods can turn complex subjects into approachable concepts. This curiosity led me to explore different teaching strategies, including interactive and differentiated instruction, to cater to diverse learning styles. Over time, I realized that my true calling lies in helping students overcome their fear of mathematics and discover the satisfaction of mastering new skills. Hello! My name is Laura Cain and I am a student at Nottingham University. In my spare time, I enjoy playing classical piano and musical arts. I teach classical piano to students around my neighbourhood. I often indulge in winter sports, both playing and watching. I hope to make a difference in the world one day, one small step at a time. In History, I specify in teaching Communist states, the American Civil Rights Movement, the Vietnam War, Crime and Punishment. I attended Kenilworth School and transferred to Kenilworth Sixth form afterwards. I took English Literature, modern History and Sociology for A levels. Hi! My name is Muhammad and I teach Maths and Physics from GCSE up to A Level, as well as GCSE Biology, Chemistry, and Computer Science. I’m a full-time university student at UCL studying MSci Medical Physics. I practice martial arts on a regular basis, and I have also taught it as an Instructor at Karate Academy UK since 2021. Doing so has driven my passion for teaching and passing knowledge on to others - not just in martial arts, but in academics too.
