My name is Alinah Mampiti Thakhuli, and I am a passionate, hardworking, and dedicated university student currently completing my final year of a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry and Chemistry at North-West University. Throughout my academic journey, I have developed strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, which have strengthened my ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and engaging way. Teaching has always been one of my greatest passions. I’m currently studying sociology at the University of the West of England in Bristol to become a teacher of sociology in the future! I love music- especially dance music- as well as animals (definitely a dog person!) and nature. My free time is usually spent going out with friends, playing video games, and going on walks. I am currently studying at UWE Bristol. Prior to this I studied at KLB at A-Level and GCSE. I have A-Level qualifications in sociology, psychology, and English literature. During my gap year I spent time working at my old secondary school/sixth form and have a year’s experience in tutoring both 1 on 1 and in small groups

I'm currently in my third year of medical school, passionate about both my studies and helping others succeed. Outside of academia, I enjoy getting creative with arts and crafts, exploring nature's beauty, and diving into video games for some relaxation. I have two beautiful cats who hold a special place in my heart, bringing joy and comfort to my life. I’m currently offering tuition for Year 10 students studying GCSE Chemistry or Biology, doing the AQA specification. I have 2 years of tutoring experience, working with GCSE students across Maths, Biology and Chemistry. How I tutor: My lessons are tailored to your learning style and your strengths. We can work on specific topics you want help with, or we can use past papers to identify the areas that need more practice. I'll explain the difficult topics in a simple, clear way, so they’re easier to understand and feel much less daunting. Homework questions will help reinforce what you’ve learnt, and regular past papers will give us a clear idea of how you’re progressing towards your target grade. I'll teach you how to approach each type of question, so you can go into your exams confident and well-prepared.
