Hi :) My name is Samee Chowdhury. I'm from London and currently a 5th year Medical student, and if there's one thing that medicine has taught me, it's how to break down complexity into something anyone can understand — and that's exactly what I bring to every tutoring session. I've been tutoring for several years across Primary, 13+, and GCSE level Maths, Science, and English, working with students from all ends of the spectrum; from high achievers pushing for top grades, to students with ADHD, autism, and other SEN needs. Every student is different, and I genuinely enjoy figuring out what clicks and what doesn't. My approach is straightforward: I'll be honest with you about where you are, realistic about what we can achieve together, and fully committed to squeezing the best out of your potential. Outside of medicine and tutoring, football and sport are a huge part of who I am. I am currently studying medicine at university and wish to become a paediatric surgeon in the future. I obtained my GCSEs at Lister Community School achieving 9 A*-A and 2 B's. I attended Brampton Manor Academy for my A levels where I did Biology, Chemistry, Physics and AS level Mathematics. I am also familiar with the grammar school entry exams (11+) as I sat them myself as a child and have tutored kids for them in the past

I have been tutoring for over three years and have completed over 800 tutoring lessons. I know the British and Irish courses inside out by now. My focus has always been on essay writing skills and academic writing, as I believe that improving your delivery is the quickest way to improve your English grades. Aside from teaching English, I have a huge passion for sailing, and I work as a magazine and story editor!
