I'm 22 and from Leeds. I've tutored maths for 4 years from Ks2 to A-level. I went from a grade E to A at A-level by finding a learning style that worked for me outside of the classroom and want to help more students do the same! In my spare time, I enjoy boxing and playing piano. I also love football (unfortunately a Man Utd fan!) I studied at the University of Leeds for 3 years between 2021 and 2024. I studied an Bachelor's degree in Business Management. Prior to this I studied Business, PE and maths at A-level getting A* A* A respectively. I achieved a grade 8 in maths at GCSE.

Hi, my name is Sandeep, and I am currently a final year pharmacy student at the University of Birmingham. I am a dedicated Mathematics and Statistics student at the University of Leeds, offering one-on-one tutoring to help students master mathematical concepts with clarity and confidence. With a strong academic background, including A in A-Level Mathematics* and a passion for problem-solving, I specialise in breaking down complex topics into easy-to-understand steps. I tailor my teaching approach to each student’s needs, ensuring they grasp key concepts, improve problem-solving skills, and build confidence in exams. Whether it's GCSE or A-Level mathematics, I am committed to helping students succeed through structured lessons and personalised guidance. I took 12 GCSEs, 9 A* and 3, then Maths, Physics, and Economics at A-Level. I've been tutoring Maths and Physics since University. So far, I've found teaching to be greatly fulfilling and have really enjoyed helping students along their academic journey.

I’m an enthusiastic individual, that is keen on teaching children, of all ages, up until A-level. I have many different hobbies, such as playing sports and cooking different recipes, which is something I carry out in my free time. I’m also multilingual, as I can speak both Bengali and Urdu fluently. I also have experience of teaching, as I ran my own personal tuition for primary school children, now moving unto secondary school, for English, which is something that I am carrying out now. I’m looking forward to teaching Primary school children, for both Maths and English, as well as English Language and English Literature for GCSE students, and in teaching Finance to A-level students. I have successfully achieved a grade 8 for English Literature, as well as a grade 6 for English language. In addition, I studied Finance as one of my A-level subjects and achieved an A*. I just completed my university degree in Accounting and Finance this year. I enjoy teaching a lot, and it’s something that I’ve always been passionate about, from a young age. I currently also work in a primary school alongside my studies which I recently completed, by doing 1-1 with SEN children, assisting them with their learning. This supports my ability to tutor as it gives me an insight into the different concepts children are learning in school, allowing me to provide my students with the help they need, as I'm aware of how important a child's education is, in shaping their future and I hope and wish to be a part of that. I am a recent graduate with a degree in Accounting and Finance, completed in 2024, and currently awaiting my final results. Throughout my academic journey, I have developed a robust understanding of financial principles, accounting practices, and the analytical skills necessary for a successful career in the finance industry. It's something that I am deeply passionate about and wish to carry on further into the future.
