Hello! My name is Mark and I’m a graduate from Northumbria University with a 1st class Physics BSc with honours. I like to focus my sessions on the areas of a subject that you struggle with the most, starting from the beginning and building a strong understanding that you can use in the classroom and your exams. My sessions are pupil-led, where I am there to provide guidance, direction, examples and support. I love physics, especially the topics of space and energy, and I think that a passionate teacher can make even the most difficult subjects more approachable. I hold a BSc in Biology (First Class) from Queen Mary University and have recently started my PGCE in Secondary Science at UCL. I’ve been tutoring since 2019, specialising in Biology (KS3, GCSE, A-level), and I also teach Chemistry and Physics up to GCSE level. I know how it feels to hit a wall in science.
