I’m here to help your child feel confident, capable, and even enjoy the subjects they once found tough! Hey there! I’ve had quite the international education journey. I did my schooling at the International Indian School, KSA, then pursued my Bachelor’s in Computer Science Engineering back in India. Later, I packed my bags and moved to Italy for my Master’s in Economics and Data Analysis (specialising in Data Science), talk about a change in scenery AND numbers! Work-wise, I’ve been a Data Analyst in France, a Data Scientist in London at Depop (part of Etsy), and a Teaching Assistant in Bracknell, where I supported students from Year 3 to GCSEs in Maths, Science, and Computer Science. As Dory says “Just keep swimming!” and that’s basically my teaching style; keep moving, keep learning, and have a laugh along the way.

I am patient, friendly and love to support students to help them get the best out of their education and boost their confidence. Below is a list of the subjects and age groups that I tutor. I have experience of exam boards AQA, OCR, WJEC, Eduqas, Edexcel and Cambridge International Exams. ENGLISH LANGUAGE I enjoy tutoring English to students in Primary and Secondary school age groups and have plenty of experience of teaching GCSE and A-Level English Language. I have successfully helped many pupils with their SATS tests, 11+, entrance exams, GCSE and A-Level exams. ENGLISH LITERATURE I tutor English Literature up to Higher Level and have plenty of experience of tutoring GCSE English Literature with GoStudent. I've also worked with iGCSE and IB level students. I’d be especially happy to help with 19th century literature at Higher Level, as I studied a Year 3 19th century literature module for my BA (Hons). HISTORY I've tutored pupils studying history at Primary, Secondary and GCSE level. I’m happy to help with social history and Victorian history topics up to A-level, as my specialism is in 19th century socio-economic history. CLASSICAL CIVILISATIONS I am happy to tutor students taking the OCR GCSE and A-Level in Classical Civilisations ART HISTORY I would love to help students of Art History of all age ranges up to Higher Level. I’m a firm believer in the outlook of the Art History in Schools charity that advises teaching Art History from the age of five. Lessons in Art History can help students of other subjects like history, art, architecture, and photography. For those considering going on to learn Art History at University, it is useful to have taster lessons. HUMANITIES Part of my BA (Hons) degree involved studying Humanities modules and I would be happy to tutor students of Humanities up to Higher level. HERITAGE, MUSEUM STUDIES, TOURISM AND TRAVEL Due to my experience with my MA in Heritage Management and working for the National Trust, I am happy to assist anyone studying heritage, tourism and travel courses to Higher Level. My hobbies include creative writing and I enjoy helping other writers, including young adults, by critiquing their creative writing. I have been nominated for a Writing.com Quill Award for being a top reviewer. I write non-fiction about literature and history, for example, my latest book entitled 'Jane Austen’s Easter' and an article in the Brontë Studies journal. I enjoy watercolour painting, baking, sewing and crafting, watching historical and fantasy films, visiting historic sites and gardens, and walking with my dog. I have a lifelong love of learning about literature, history and the arts. I have eight GCSEs: English- A*, English Literature- A*, Psychology- A*,Geography- A*, British Social and Economic History- A, Biology- A, French- A, Mathematics- B. For my A-Levels in Classical Civilisations, English Literature and Art History I gained A* grades. I achieved a First for my BA Hons in Humanities with a specialism in Art History with the Open University, which included taking a 3rd Year module in English Literature. I gained a Distinction for my MA in Heritage Management studied with the University of Birmingham, and was nominated to be the Class Representative for the course. I have been a tutor with GoStudent since 2022. I lecture on literary heritage topics at the University of Chester. I have also given lectures on my historical research at the University of Alberta and the University of Shrewsbury. Working for the National Trust, I interest young people of different ages with history and art history, and mentor work experience students and Duke of Edinburgh students. I volunteer in a local Primary School.

Hi! I’m Aswin, a 5th-year medical student at Imperial College London. I tutor GCSE and A-Level Biology, Chemistry, and Maths, and also support students applying to medical school with UCAT, interviews, and personal statements. My teaching style is calm, supportive, and tailored to each student — helping them build confidence, understand topics clearly, and succeed in exams and applications. I attended Haberdashers' Aske's Boys' School, where I completed my GCSEs and A-Levels in Biology, Chemistry, and Maths. I’m now a fifth-year medical student at Imperial College London, where I’ve also completed an intercalated BSc in Biomedical Engineering. I’m currently finishing my MBBS degree and have been actively involved in peer teaching — particularly supporting Year 3 students with OSCEs and clinical skills. My academic background has given me a strong foundation in both science and communication, and I use that to support students preparing for exams, university applications, and medical school itself.
