I graduated with a Bachelor of Secondary Education, majoring in Mathematics, in 2013 and later completed a Master of Education in Mathematics in 2018. With a decade of teaching experience, I am dedicated to fostering a supportive and engaging learning environment that encourages students to reach their full academic potential. I utilize a variety of instructional techniques and materials, including online resources, to accommodate diverse learning styles and ensure that each student has the tools they need to succeed. I’m Akosua, a Chemical Engineering student who enjoys understanding how things work and finding new ideas to explore. I’m naturally calm and steady, and I like taking my time to think things through. People often describe me as approachable and easy to talk to, and I enjoy creating a positive atmosphere wherever I am. My experience in customer service and child supervision has helped me grow into someone who communicates clearly, listens well, and stays patient even when things get busy. I enjoy connecting with others, supporting people when they need it, and bringing a sense of reliability and kindness into my everyday life. Outside my studies, I like staying active, listening to music, and discovering new interests. I care about personal growth and being someone others can depend on, and those values shape how I move through the world.
