I'm currently studying Philosophy, Politics, and Economics (PPE) at the University of Leeds, building on my A-levels in Maths, Economics, and History. I’ve always had a passion for understanding how the world works—whether through economic systems, political structures, or philosophical thought. Outside of my academic life, I really enjoy teaching and helping others learn. I often spend time tutoring my 13-year-old brother and younger cousins, which has not only strengthened my communication skills but also deepened my own understanding of the subjects I love. My academic interests have always centered around understanding the systems that shape our society, and PPE has allowed me to explore that from multiple perspectives. Studying Economics and Maths has not only strengthened my analytical thinking for my PPE degree, but also enhanced my ability to break down complex ideas clearly when teaching others.

I’m a Geography student at the London School of Economics. When I’m not doing university work, I enjoy drawing, painting, and reading books. I love watching films, and ‘Coraline’ is a particular favourite of mine. Music is another passion of mine—I’m a big fan of Lana Del Rey, Radiohead, and Blur. I’m excited to share my love of learning and help others reach their academic goals! I completed my secondary education at Barking Abbey School, where I achieved 10 GCSEs with grades ranging from 8 to 9. Following this, I pursued A-Levels in Art (A*), Geography (A), and History (A), developing a strong foundation in both the arts and humanities. I am currently studying for a BA in Geography at the London School of Economics (LSE), where I am in my second year. My degree has allowed me to explore a wide range of topics, from human and urban geography to environmental and economic issues. I’m eager to use my knowledge and experiences to support others in their learning journey.

I studied Biology, Chemistry, and Sociology at A-level and am currently pursuing a clinically science-based degree, which keeps me deeply engaged with scientific concepts on a daily basis. This strong academic foundation allows me to teach both subjects with clarity, confidence, and real-world relevance. I currently teach GCSE Biology and GCSE and A-Level Chemistry, with a particular specialism in Organic chemistry. My in-depth understanding of the subject allows me to explain even the most challenging topics in a way that makes sense to students. I focus heavily on building core understanding, improving exam technique, and boosting confidence—especially in areas students often find overwhelming, like mechanisms, reaction pathways, and applied problem-solving. I’ve previously worked as a tutor and completed a Teaching and Mentoring Programme specifically designed for supporting GCSE Chemistry students. This gave me valuable experience in planning lessons, adapting to different learning styles, and guiding students toward tangible academic improvement. My teaching style is clear, structured, and supportive. I aim to make complex ideas simple and use relatable examples to help students connect with the material.
