Hi! My name is Lucy and I'm 22 years old from the North East. I am currently completing my Masters in Developmental Psychology and have a deep interest in education and teaching. My background in psychology has helped me to gain a deep understanding of how young people learn and how best to explain tricky concepts. Hi, I'm Matty and I am a first year mechanical engineering student at the university of Sheffield looking to tutor physics at GCSE or A-level students. I'm a patient, relaxed person who has always had a passion for learning and teaching physics. I believe I have a great process for learning sciences, especially physics, that produces deep understanding and great results. One of them has autism so I've had some experience dealing with SEND.

I have just started university and I am eager to help my students in a supportive way with a dynamic based on mutual respect. Outside of my studies I love to watch football, go on hikes in the South Downs and read the financial times, as I am of course interested in any developments in markets. I went to Sackville School, East Grinstead and completed 12 GCSE's and one level 2 certificate in Further Maths, all at grade 7 and above. I then progressed to my A-Levels, achieving A*AAA in Maths, Further Maths, Economics and Physics. During my time I also gained a Gold Certificate in the Senior Maths Challenge and participated in the Senior Maths Kangaroo, whilst also participating in the FCDO Next generation Economics essay competition.
