I’m a chemistry student who loves literature, music and all things mathematical (especially when combined with physics!) I started tutoring 2 years ago part time while studying at college. My favourite things to do include travelling and playing with my dogs. I’m currently an offer holder at the University of Edinburgh for an integrated masters in Chemistry. My name's Solomon, and I am a postgraduate research student studying for a PhD in Mathematics at the University of York. I have always had a passion for Mathematics and to help others understand and achieve where they are struggling. I have tutored online since 2016, focusing on building pupils' confidence within the subject as well as the general perception of maths and, for those focused on exams, nailing down exam techniques. My main aim is to keep our sessions fun and enjoyable and to keep you engaged and interested in the maths being discussed. I attended the University of Leeds, achieving a BSc (Hons) in Mathematics before undertaking a MSc in Mathematics through the Open University, in which I achieved a Pass with Merit. I have been working towards achieving a PhD in Mathematics since 2022 at the Universty of York where my primary area of research is Analytic Number theory, particularly focusing on moments of the Riemann Zeta function and its derivative.

kgalalelo is a 30 year old Civil Engineering technologist who lives in the North West province of South Africa. I enjoy reading, running, playing sports such as basketball and swimming as well as creating art through drawing and painting. I am highly passionate about education and learning new things, and I look forward to passing down my knowledge in education to assist you in your everyday studies. I have obtained a National Diploma in Civil Engineering at the Cape Peninsula University of Technology with the intentions of furthering my studies in the year 2026. My most recent employment was an Assistant Site Manager in a Civil engineering construction company. My other previous occupations were civil engineering intern, library assistant and civil engineering site technician.
