During the sessions, I work with my students through the agreed upon topic paying close attention to the core concepts, we go through some exam-style questions, and also learn how to frame the answers in the way examiners expect. I also share effecting studying and memory techniques to enable them to better learn and master their content. In my spare time, I enjoy singing (I'm currently taking a music theory class and hope to progress to one day play the cello) and dancing. These help me unwind and also have fun! I am a first year biomedical science student at Queen Mary University of London. I have a passion for science and mathematics and enjoy being able to help others achieve their unique goals. I have had a years worth of experiencing in tutoring people between the ages of 5 and 16 years old and I am looking forward to being able to work with a wider range of students. I then studied my A Levels (maths, biology and chemistry) at Southend High School for Girls where I achieved ABB. I am now currently in my first year of studying an undergraduate degree at Queen Mary University of London for biomedical sciences. I'm Ayushi, a passionate tutor with experience teaching Maths, English, Science, and Reasoning to students aged 11–18 at an established tutoring company (AE - Accelerated Education). I focus on building confidence, breaking down tricky topics, and creating a calm, supportive space where students feel comfortable to ask questions, make mistakes, and improve. I’m now pursuing a BSc (Hons) in Economics and Finance at Queen Mary University of London, a Russell Group university known for its strong economics faculty and industry connections. I’m on track to graduate with a First-Class Honours and have taken part in several academic and practical projects - including investment strategy simulations, environmental research, and financial modelling. My academic background has given me a deep understanding of how to break down complex topics, especially in Maths, Economics, and Computer Science, and I enjoy helping students gain confidence in subjects they may initially find challenging.
