I completed my Bachelor of Education Degree in Senior and FET PHASE, majoring in Mathematics, Geography and IsiZulu Home Language with University of Pretoria. I also did my Teaching English as Foreign Language. I recently completed my Bachelor of Education Honours in Mathematics and Science Education. I’m now persuading my Master of Education in Mathematics Education with University of Pretoria. I’ve worked as an Education Assistant at Thathunyawo High School. I was teaching Mathematics grade 10, 11 & 12 Natural Sciences Grade 9. I also worked as an online teacher at International Schooling an online school based in Singapore, I was teaching Mathematics and Science Grade 7-12. I am now working as a Grade 12 Mathematical Literacy, Grade 10 Mathematics. Lower level: English, GCSE: English and A level: English I speak English, C2 level. Preferred student age group: Any I live in South Africa, I have a Masters degree in Chiropractic and I have 2 years of experience in helping students with academic writing. I enjoy watching health documentaries, movies, hanging out with friends and taking long walks at the beach. I am a qualified chiropractor, currently running my own practice in South Africa. I have a masters degree in Chiropractic, which I obtained from the Durban University of Technology. I am also a qualified online English teacher, I obtained my online teaching qualification from the TEFL Academy, UK. I have tutored a lot of students over the past 3 years, helping them learn how to write and understand essays, reports on projects, poems, short stories, assignments and many other academic and English related tasks.

I am a medical student at UCL with a strong academic background, having achieved A* grades at A-level in Maths, Biology, and Chemistry. I have a genuine passion for teaching and enjoy helping students understand challenging concepts in a clear and structured way. Having recently completed GCSEs and A-levels myself, I understand current exam specifications, common pitfalls, and effective revision strategies. My teaching style is supportive and tailored to each student’s needs, focusing on building strong foundations, confidence, and exam technique. I aim not only to help students improve their grades, but also to develop their independence, motivation, and long-term love for learning. I am currently studying Medicine at University College London (UCL), a highly academic and research-led medical school. I attended Lancaster Girls’ Grammar School, where I developed a strong academic foundation and a disciplined approach to learning. Throughout my education, I consistently achieved high academic standards, particularly in Maths and the sciences. At A-level, I achieved 3A*, reflecting both my subject knowledge and my ability to manage a demanding workload. I also achieved full marks in my EPQ, which strengthened my independent research, critical thinking, and academic writing skills. This project required analysing complex information, evaluating evidence, and presenting clear, well-structured arguments—skills that are directly transferable to both medicine and teaching. As a current medical student, I continue to build on this strong educational background through rigorous study and application of scientific knowledge. My academic journey has equipped me with excellent organisation, resilience, and communication skills, which I bring into my tutoring by delivering clear explanations, structured lessons, and tailored support to help students achieve their full potential.

Hello! I am currently studying Theoretical Physics at the University of Bath. My main pastimes include hiking/camping, going to the gym, and running, so I do hope that I can relate to many of you! For me, tutoring is developing a clear understanding of subject knowledge instead of regurgitation of facts; learning should be to question and to think critically rather than to memorise. With me as a tutor, you can expect to gain a deep insight into your subject and acquire the ability to excel in your exams. I attended Swanmore College Of Technology where I studied 10 GCSE's achieving 5 9's in (Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Enterprise and marketing and English literature)- 4 8's ( Maths, Computer science, English language and History) 1 7 ( Further maths). In my A- levels I achieved an A* in Maths, an A in Further Maths, an A in Physics and an A* in an extended project qualification for which I did extensive research in quantum mechanics and furthered my understanding of the double slit experiment exponentially (in both the quantum and classical realm). Currently I am a first year undergraduate at the University Of Bath studying Theoretical Physics.
