Bubbly, outgoing is what i would describe myself as. I have been tutoring for more than 5 years, i currently have graduated from University with a degree within Public Health going on to do my masters. I tutor kids from different places within the world, currently tutoring English, Maths and science along with my specialised subjects. I retake tests to ensure i am comfortable with the changes within education and aware of what resource i need to teach my GCSE students. The different qualification's I hold are English and Maths GCSE'S, I have 5 plus years worth of classroom experience in teaching kids in larger groups but however, through them 5 or more years I have also gained how to teach different children with different health and educational needs over the years. I hold health and social care qualifications along with a degree in Public Health (BSc) along with my main GCSE's. I have different styles of teaching depending on each of my student's as i use different approach for all of my students. I have recently gone back into education to complete a masters.

I am a passionate educator dedicated to creating an engaging and supportive learning environment. I teach Mathematics lessons and my most favorite is Calculus, inspiring and empowering students to reach their full potential while continuously exploring innovative teaching strategies for professional growth. My goal is to make complex concepts accessible and to foster a lifelong love for learning, ensuring students build confidence in their abilities to tackle challenges both inside and outside the classroom. I hold a B.S. in Mathematics, a Post-Baccalaureate in Teacher Education major in Mathematics, and am pursuing an Master's in Education major in Mathematics. I’ve taught General Mathematics and Calculus, fostering student growth through engaging lessons, coaching for competitions, and innovative strategies.

I have a Bachelor of Education degree intermediate and senior phase, I did my honours in Inclusive Education and I have 180hour TEFL certificate. I teach in English as this is my first and native language. I am a passionate and experienced teacher. Both in the classroom and online. I have taught children with barriers to learning. I have taught primary subjects such as Maths, English, Natural Sciences, Biology, History and Geography as well as life orientation/life skills. I am very flexible and can help out children from the ages 5-15. I have been an online tutor for almost 3 years. I am familiar with the UK curriculum as well as the preparation for SATs and 11+.

For Higher Education, I can also offer tuition specifically for Dissertation modules. I'm Lily, a Ph.D. researcher in English Literature. I hold First Class degrees in Literature and Linguistics (BA Hons) and Contemporary Literature (MA). I specialise in twentieth and twenty-first-century Literature, English Language and Linguistics, Theory of Mind, and Neurolinguistics. My current research interests are consciousness studies at the intersection between the humanities and the sciences, using literary fiction to represent modes of cognition.
