I have 10+ years of teaching experience at school level, academies and online classes. To help my students out with their queries and bringing them out of grey zones is my utmost priority. My hobbies include working out, football and research. I believe that physical activity is very important for our mental health and it also helps us in making better decisions. On the other hand, I am constantly trying to research new studies and theories as learning is not restricted to a certain age group rather it is for all of us until we can still breathe. Hi! My name is Eloise, I recently graduated from the University of Lincoln with a first class psychology degree and I am excited to begin teaching A Level and GCSE psychology using the skills and knowledge I gained during my studies. Whilst at University, I tutored other students who needed help with research skills and essay writing skills as well as a GCSE history student who required exam technique mentoring, this student was able to increase their grade from a 3 to a 5 after a few sessions. My own experience with A level psychology has equipped me with tried and tested exam techniques which I would love to share with new students and help them achieve the best grades they can, and the grades they deserve, as I know how much hard work goes into these exams! I attended the Cottesloe school (2015- 2020) and gained my GCSEs with grades 5- 7, and a distinction* in business studies. I then joined the sixth form at the same school (2020-2022) where I achieved an A* in psychology, A in history and distinction* in business. I then went to the University of Lincoln (2022-2025) where I gained my Batchelor's degree in psychology with first class honours. During my degree I covered a broad scope of psychology topics and research skills, including my dissertation in my third year in which I achieved a first class grade on.

I graduated in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Birmingham and teach Maths to students of all ages up to A level. I achieved A*A*A* at A level in Maths, Physics and Chemistry, reflecting the strong academic foundation I bring to my teaching. With my students, I ensure that their understanding of underlying methods is to the highest possible standard through rigorous practice. In my experience as a student, exposing yourself to different mathematical scenarios builds a great foundation for achieving the best possible grades. My biggest aim for my students is for them to constantly improve so that when they get to the exam, they are confident about any aspect of the syllabus that may arise. For my sessions, I will ask students what they wish to study and ensure I tailor the session around what I am told. If the student is undecided, I will plan lessons around pushing the student to challenge themselves in rigorous practice, with my guidance, around different mathematical concepts in their curriculum. For exams, my main aim is for students to achieve the best grades possible, meeting and exceeding their targets. My highest level of education is an MSci in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Birmingham. Prior to this, I achieved A*A*A* in A-level Mathematics, Chemistry, and Physics. I have over 3 years of experience tutoring students in Mathematics across a range of ages and abilities, up to A level. Through this experience, I have developed a strong ability to explain difficult concepts clearly, adapt lessons to each student’s learning style, and build both confidence and exam technique. My focus is always on ensuring students fully understand the methods they are using, so they can approach unfamiliar questions with confidence and achieve the best grades possible.

As every student deserves the chance to feel confident and heard, I work with them step by step to tackle tricky ideas together and further solidify their understanding. Learning can be clear and rewarding as long as that student is given the chance to find the method and schedule that works for them! I completed my GCSE's at Maria Fidelis Catholic FCJ school in 2023/24. Achieving Maths (7), English (8), Chemistry (7). I have actually just sat my A-levels at Trinity Catholic High school where I am predicted A*AA in Mathematics, Chemistry and Psychology.
