I've been a tutor three years now, helping dozens of students. If you are interested, I'd be happy to put you in contact with some of them so that you can chat about anything you're interested. I'll work with you in conversation, which'll brings us intellectually close to each other. This allows empathy to guide the learning process. One of the challenges I often face is answering an insightful question. If I'm not able to do it independently, I focus on relating to you through a simpler concept we are both familiar with. By breaking this concept down into smaller pieces and unveiling our own understanding of it, we enlighten ourselves. The thing I enjoy most about teaching is learning about you. I help with a tough concept or methodology by relating my presentation to how you reckon already known matters. This process will familiarize us with your subject's topics. This is the reason why we'll mostly avoid memorizing stuff. - Do you find lectures boring? If so, you'll find my lessons a perfect fit! Our lessons won't be old-school. Whether you're cutting your teeth with tuition or not, you'll be in conversation with me. As your tutor, I'll share thoughts back and forth and build our understanding of your subject's concepts and methods. - Do you find yourself in stupor at school? From our very first class, I'll lead you to explore and become your own coach, so that you can see results after the first two weeks. We don't need to learn by heart most of the things required to pass with flying colors. As your mentor, I pursue with fervor the breaking down of concepts and getting to the bottom of them. Once we achieve this, you won't have to revise said concepts ever again. - What if you find exams particularly tough? Isn't it annoying when you know the material but still can't get those marks? I offer exam preparation and methods to get those precious marks. We'll read the questions together and work on writing expression. Throughout this particular academic endeavour, I studied biomechanics and anatomy, with a solid knowledge of their application to weightlifting.

My name is Imad and I am currently a first year medicine student at the University of Liverpool, having attended a grammar school prior. Tutoring has always been a passion of mine, and I have much experience tutoring in the last five years offering both a private service as well as tutoring friends and family through 11+, GCSE and A-level exams. I am currently a first year medicine student at the University of Liverpool. In 2015, I took the 11+ exam, securing a place at all 5 grammar schools that I applied to. Eventually, I went on to attend King Edward VI Grammar School (KEGS), a school consistently ranked in the top 10 schools in the UK. At GCSE level, I gained five grade 9's, four grade 8's and three grade 7's. This includes a grade 9 in all subjects that I tutor. At A-level, I gained A*, A*, A, B in Mathematics, Chemistry, Biology and EPQ.

This led to my acceptance at the University of Bristol where I am currently studying Spanish and Italian. My language studies have deepened my understanding of grammar structures and language acquisition. As Italian is my mother tongue - spoken at home and during regular visits to Italy - I have native-level fluency and cultural understanding that I can share with students. My strong mathematical foundation, combined with a natural ability to explain complex concepts clearly, allows me to help students build confidence in problem-solving. I've always enjoyed breaking down challenging topics into manageable steps, making them accessible and understandable. Additionally, I hold a 120-hour advanced TEFL certification, which has equipped me with specialized teaching techniques for language instruction.

Meine Muttersprache ist Englisch und ich studiere Philosophie in England. Ich unterrichte Englisch mit dem Ziel, die Sprache praxisnah zu vermitteln und dabei die Ausdrucksfähigkeit meiner Schüler*innen gezielt zu verbessern. Ich freue mich darauf, mit dir zu arbeiten! Ich habe meine GCSEs an der Westlands School und meine A-Levels an der Highsted Grammar School in Sittingbourne absolviert. In meinen GCSEs erhielt ich unter anderem die Note 9 in Englisch, Französisch und Geschichte sowie eine 8 in Mathematik. In meinen A-Levels erzielte ich ein A* in Englisch Literatur sowie As in Soziologie, Geschichte und Filmwissenschaft. Zurzeit studiere ich Philosophie (B.A.) an der University of Manchester.
