About me: I am a Taiwanese girl living in South Africa. I am able to speak both English and Mandarin fluently. I have worked as a translator and tour interpreter for Mandarin speaking delegates before and I have been living in South Africa for 20+ years. I am able to teach English from beginner stage up to advanced level. I prefer teaching students between the ages of 12 to 18. I also have experience in teaching English to adults. I love reading novels in my spare time and I love watching anime and reading manga. I studied Homoeopathy at Durban University of Technology and graduated with a Master of Technology degree in Homoeopathy. I have been teaching Traditional Chinese online for more than a year now and have obtained a Level 5 TEFL course from TEFL Academy with Qualifi certification. Hi, my name is Sophie! I am a friendly, happy person, and I love teaching and talking about books. I have recently finished a job as a sports coach and am about to begin my journey as a children's nurse. My favourite types of text to read are Shakespeare and poetry.
