Hi, I’m Maite! I’m a native German speaker and teach German at all levels — Primary, GCSE, and A-Level. Besides German and English, I also speak French and Spanish. I hold a BA in Cultural Studies with a minor in Educational Science, which deepened my understanding of cross-cultural learning, communication, and how to make complex ideas accessible. During my time at university, I spent over three years tutoring children of different ages, working in a programme led by the German federal government to support children from migrant and refugee backgrounds in their school learning. I am now excited to work with adults as well. When I think back to my own school years, the teachers who inspired me most were those whose honest passion made even my least favourite subjects enjoyable. That’s the atmosphere I aim to create in my lessons: engaging, light, and enjoyable. Outside tutoring, I teach meditation and mindfulness and support a charity creatively, which helps me bring patience, flexibility, and creativity into my teaching. I tailor lessons to each student — whether you need grammar support, speaking practice, exam preparation, or a personalised lesson to build confidence at your own pace, or simply want to learn German out of interest and enjoyment. I hold a BA in Cultural Studies and Educational Science, which I completed at Leuphana University in Lüneburg, Germany. I specialised in cultural theory and visual culture and spent an Erasmus semester at Université Bordeaux Montaigne in France. In addition, I hold a Yoga Alliance–approved 200-hour Yoga Teacher Certificate, complemented by an additional 50 hours of training in meditation.

Hi there! My name is Kaif. I am a second year undergraduate Economics student who has a wide range of teaching experience ranging from volunteering at the local library to participating in a program designed to help underprivileged students read. I teach a wide range of subjects, specializing in Geography and Economics up to an A-Level Standard. I offer a holistic tutoring method, attempting to identify what works with each individual student and tailoring a system for them. Hi, I’m Reina Rose, an enthusiastic and dedicated Math teacher with over seven years of experience teaching students from primary to secondary levels, including SAT and GCSE learners. I’m passionate about helping students explore mathematics through interactive lessons, real-life examples, and step-by-step guidance that build understanding and confidence. My lessons are friendly, engaging, and tailored to suit each learner’s style. Outside of teaching, I enjoy reading articles on modern science, which keeps me curious and informed, and I love watching YouTube videos on quick math-solving tricks that I often share with my students to make learning both fun and efficient. I hold a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Medical Laboratory Science, which has strengthened my analytical thinking and logical reasoning—skills I bring into every math lesson I teach. I am also TEFL certified, which has enhanced my communication skills and ability to teach students from diverse backgrounds, both online and in person.
