Hi there, My name is V and I am currently a full-time science teacher at a secondary school along with being a student from the University of Cambridge. I did my teacher training at the University of Cambridge and my Undergate degree at the University of Southampton in BSc Biomedical Sciences. I specialise mainly in Chemistry and Biology, due to the nature of my previous degree. I have tons of experience when it comes to working with young people due to NCS mentoring, Tutoring, and Teaching for the past 3 years. Apart from the academic side, I enjoy writing plays, acting, dancing, and playing sports such as Kabbadi and Kho (Indian sports). Hello, I'm Sophie, a third year Undergraduate student studying Modern Languages at University. I have an enthusiasm for languages and genuinely enjoy sharing my knowledge with others. I can guarantee you’ll have productive and enjoyable sessions with me. In my free time I enjoy dancing Latin dances such as Bachata and Salsa, am a white belt in Jiu-jitsu and like socialising as well as practicing my language skills. I am fluent in Russian due to my heritage, and have visited Moscow annually during the summer holidays. I have previous experience with volunteering at the Instituto Cervantes in London for a year, as well as underwent an internship for Language Teaching at a secondary school academy in London. For my third year of University, I have studied for 6 months abroad in Spain at the Auntónoma University of Madrid, specialising in the Spanish language, culture and history.
