I obtained A* GCSE grades and have 5 years of experience in tutoring. When it comes to teaching, I believe in making learning fun and engaging. Some of my hobbies include art, singing, gym and basketball. I also enjoy learning spanish and travelling. Since being at university I have also found new interests in cooking and watching football. I have qualifications in GCSE and A-level and am a current Medicine undergraduate. I have years of experience tutoring students of different levels and ages. My lessons are suitable for a range of learners, from primary school students to GCSE students typically in Maths, English and Science.

I am a second-year Natural Sciences undergraduate at Cambridge studying Neurobiology, Mathematical and Computational Biology and Chemistry. In my first year I obtained an overall 1st for Chemistry, Biology of Cells, Physiology of Organisms and Mathematical Biology. In my A Levels, I achieved all A stars for Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics, Physics, Further Mathematics and my Extended Project Qualification (EPQ). In my GCSEs, I achieved all 9's which included Biology, Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry and Additional Mathematics (FSMQ). I studied at Cheltenham Ladies' College to obtain my A-Levels, then went onto study Natural Sciences at the University of Cambridge. I have just completed my second year and achieved a 2.i overall for these modules: Mathematical + Computational Biology, Chemistry B and Neurobiology. In my first year I obtained a 1st overall for these modules: Biology of Cells, Chemistry, Physiology of Organisms and Mathematical Biology.

I've always enjoyed maths, which inspired me to pursue a degree in Economics and Finance. I adore the logical reasoning underlying these courses and enjoy applying them to real-world situations, particularly in physics. I believe that with the appropriate direction and technique, anyone can thrive in these areas. My teaching technique is based on recognising each student's unique needs and learning style, which helps to make the content more relatable and interesting. By rigorously adhering to the specification and marking schemes, I ensure that students understand exactly what is required to succeed. I am kind, sympathetic, and dedicated to helping students gain confidence through clear explanations and constant practice. My goal is not only to assist students improve their grades, but to make them love the learning process and feel confident in their talents. With a 1st Class degree in Economics and Finance, I have developed strong analytical and problem-solving skills. My career includes extensive experience in calculating risk for North American Commercial Real Estate, where I specialised in loan underwriting and corporate expansion as well as underwriting in the digital payments world for EU and British companies.

I've been a tutor four years now, helping dozens of students. If you are interested, I'd be happy to put you in contact with some of them so that you can chat about anything you're interested. I'll work with you in conversation, which'll brings us intellectually close to each other. This allows empathy to guide the learning process. One of the challenges I often face is answering an insightful question. If I'm not able to do it independently, I focus on relating to you through a simpler concept we are both familiar with. By breaking this concept down into smaller pieces and unveiling our own understanding of it, we enlighten ourselves. The thing I enjoy most about teaching is learning about you. I help with a tough concept or methodology by relating my presentation to how you reckon already known matters. This process will familiarize us with your subject's topics. This is the reason why we'll mostly avoid memorizing stuff. - Do you find lectures boring? If so, you'll find my lessons a perfect fit! Our lessons won't be old-school. Whether you're cutting your teeth with tuition or not, you'll be in conversation with me. As your tutor, I'll share thoughts back and forth and build our understanding of your subject's concepts and methods. - Do you find yourself in stupor at school? From our very first class, I'll lead you to explore and become your own coach, so that you can see results after the first two weeks. We don't need to learn by heart most of the things required to pass with flying colors. As your mentor, I pursue with fervor the breaking down of concepts and getting to the bottom of them. Once we achieve this, you won't have to revise said concepts ever again. - What if you find exams particularly tough? Isn't it annoying when you know the material but still can't get those marks? I offer exam preparation and methods to get those precious marks. We'll read the questions together and work on writing expression. I completed Secondary School in Life Sciences and hold a Vocational School Diploma in Biomedical Science. I took first-year University courses in Chemistry and Engineering. These included subjects like Physics, Biology, Statistics, Algebra, Calculus, etc. Lastly, I'm a self-taught personal trainer. Throughout this particular academic endeavour, I studied biomechanics and anatomy, with a solid knowledge of their application to weightlifting.
