Hello! My name is Zoha, and I'm currently navigating through my masters year in my Pharmaceutical Chemistry Degree. I have just finished a year in industry working as a formulations chemist at Domino Printing Sciences, Cambridge - from which I can offer real-world insights that enhance understanding and make lessons even more engaging. I now serve as a peer mentor - once again - on my course, where I support fellow students in navigating student life and academic studies. Beyond my professional and academic life, I have a love for learning that extends into everything I do, which is why tutoring has become such a rewarding experience for me. I teach a variety of subjects, with a focus on GCSE and A-Level Maths and Chemistry. With experience in teaching a range of exam boards including Edexcel, AQA Mathematics, AQA Sciences, and SQA National 5s, I bring a comprehensive understanding of the curriculum and exam expectations. My aim is not just to help students pass their exams, but to instil a deeper understanding of the material, which fosters both confidence and curiosity. My tutoring style is calm, clear and supportive. I understand that each student learns in their own way, so I tailor my sessions to suit individuals needs and learning styles. Whether it's building foundational knowledge, tackling tricky topics, or preparing for exams, my goal is to help students feel confident and capable. I aim to create an engaging, comfortable learning environment where questions are always welcome (there's no such thing as a stupid question!) and progress - big or small - is celebrated. Outside of teaching, I’m always exploring new hobbies - currently, I enjoy sketching, painting, crocheting, knitting and computer programming. I’m also a plant enthusiast, always discovering new ways to nurture and grow! I find that this curiosity and love for learning spills over into my teaching, where I encourage students to develop a similar mindset of exploration and growth. Hi I'm Zoe! I'm a medical student at Queen's University Belfast. I tutor Biology and Chemistry up to A-Level and really enjoy helping students build confidence in their learning as they improve their scores in exams. My lessons are well structured but relaxed, focussing on clear explanations and exam technique with individual feedback to meet each student's needs. In my free-time I love swimming and running! I'm currently a student at Queen's University Belfast, studying medicine. I went to Alleyn's School where I achieved nine grade 9s at GCSE and A*AAA at A-level in Biology, Chemistry, Physics, and Maths. I also achieved a BTEC in teamwork and leadership.

I'm passionate about teaching the younger generation and helping them to understand complex subjects in an easy way. My core strengths are in Maths and Biology and my past experiences stands testimonial to that. On a side note, I am also a singer and a piano player with an immense flair for music. I would like to offer an enjoyable learning experience for children with my easygoing and friendly nature. I aspire to put my skill sets to the best of use to educate and empower young minds. I have a bachelor's degree in Biotechnology and a master's degree in Regenerative Biology and Medicine from Germany. I have worked as a research and teaching assistant at my university in Germany and I am passionate about teaching. Professionally, I have worked as a math tutor in another online portal for almost four years and thus I have a really good experience tutoring kids in a one-on-one fashion. I am passionate about teaching Maths because I enjoy helping students see that Maths is not something that is impossible but with help even the most complex topics can be broken down simply. It is especially nice when students come back to you with better results more confidence and a big smile. I can teach Mathematics for A-Levels and below. Big fan of football, cricket (which I play competitively for a club in the Surrey Leagues), video games and recently F1 I would like to preferably tutor students in secondary school, however I am open for Primary school students as well.
