I’m a dedicated 5th-year medical student with a passion for learning and growth. Beyond my studies, I find joy in playing badminton and dancing, which keep me energized and balanced. Since 2018, I’ve been tutoring students across various levels, sharing my knowledge and helping them achieve their academic goals. With years of experience and a knack for connecting with others, I thrive on making learning engaging and impactful. I have a strong academic foundation that has shaped my journey as a medical student and tutor. My educational path began with achieving GCSE qualifications in a diverse range of subjects, including English, Mathematics, Science, Geography, Psychology, Philosophy and Ethics, and Spanish. This broad base allowed me to explore various disciplines and develop critical thinking skills early on. Building on this, I pursued A-levels in Mathematics, Biology, and Chemistry, focusing on subjects that align with my passion for science and healthcare. These studies provided me with a deeper understanding of complex concepts and prepared me for the rigorous demands of medical school. Currently, I am in my fifth year at the Medical University of Varna, where I am honing my skills and knowledge to become a competent and compassionate healthcare professional. My specializations include core medical sciences, clinical pharmacology, pediatrics, dermatology, and several other key areas of medicine. Alongside my studies, I have been tutoring since 2018, leveraging my expertise to help students excel in subjects such as Maths, Biology, and Chemistry, as well as 11+ and SATs preparation. I am Nibin Kuzhikkamthadam Roy and I'm very interested in applying for the post of Mathematics Teacher. I completed my post-graduate degree in Actuarial Science at the University of Kent, along with a 2.1 in BSc in Mathematics, and I'm working as a Mathematics Teacher at Technology College, Margate. I am confident that I have the requisite skills and the potential to inspire and encourage children of all abilities to reach their full potential. My work experience and academic knowledge allowed me to experience life in a secondary school setting from a teacher's perspective. I enjoyed the way that every day is different and that each child is unique. I have 4 years of classroom teaching experience and worked as the academic head of the mathematics department. I wrote three academic books for that organization. I started teaching when I was studying in year 12, which is my passion. I worked part-time during my post-graduate time in a child park for helping differently-abled young persons. I am a good orator with communication and debate skills and served as a student member of the board of studies at the University of Kent. I was appointed as an innovation council member of Indira Gandhi National Open University, New Delhi, and also served as School union chairman and College Union General Secretary at the school and college levels. In my school days, I won the mathematics Olympiad prize. These roles have developed my skills in public speaking, liaising with a large number of people, planning, organizing and taking responsibility for managing programs.
