Hello. I'm Debs, nice to meet you. I tutor a range of subjects, all based on experience of teaching within school, college and less tradiitional settings. I love tutoring one to one as that is the best way to give the student exactly what they need. I teach Sociology, Business and English at GCSE and A level and I have experience of AQA and Edexcel exam boards. I have also taught Btec Business level 1-3 In 2023 I completed a Master's degree in Philosophy as I love learning new things just as much as I love to teach. I make learning fun wherever possible and tailor every lesson to the student's needs. I use a variety of methods so you won't get bored and I am always happy to answer questions and re-explain things. There's no such thing as a silly question! I have a Qualified Teacher Status to work in UK schools and I have 22 years of work experience in the UK, Greece and Cyprus.

My name is Promise, and I am a dedicated tutor with over two years of experience helping students build confidence and achieve their academic goals. I am also a medical student, which has strengthened my discipline, problem solving skills, and passion for education. I truly love learning and enjoy sharing that passion with others, and I make a strong effort to keep lessons engaging and fun so students stay motivated and excited to learn. I then went on to study A Levels in Biology, Chemistry, and Mathematics, achieving three As, and I also earned an A in AS Level Sociology in Year 12. I am currently a first year medical student at the University of Manchester, where I continue to build on my academic skills and passion for learning.

I am glad that I now have a one year of GoStudent experience with over a thousand completed sessions, consequently, I know what it takes for a student to be interested in an online session and how make him/her feel welcomed and non-hesitant about asking any question that comes to mind. I successfully completed my A-levels back in 2018, and I'm currently a mechanical engineering student in university, aiming to gain simultaneous work experience in both engineering and online tutoring.
