I am passionate about psychology and how it relates to our everyday lives. However, I am passionate about learning as a whole to empower yourself. I obtained GCSE’s grades 6-8 at The City Academy Hackney. I also studied at TCAH Sixth Form graduating with grades Drama (A), Psychology (B) and Biology (C). I then attended Queen Mary University of London and graduated with a First Class degree in Pschology. During my time at university I also joined the netball society where I was the welfare officer and captain of our Team 3 Competitive Team.

Hello! I'm Ali. I'm in my third year at the University of Edinburgh, studying English Literature. Having achieved almost 100% in my A level and GCSE English Lit/Lang courses, my goal as a tutor is not only to improve your grades, but provide you with the techniques that beat the system. English is more formulaic than you think, and I can't wait to show you how to ace it all. I'm passionate about drama, cooking and poetry and my favourite book is the Great Gatsby! I love to teach and share my passion for English and I'm looking forward to learning more about you! My name is Promise, and I am a dedicated tutor with over two years of experience helping students build confidence and achieve their academic goals. I am also a medical student, which has strengthened my discipline, problem solving skills, and passion for education. I truly love learning and enjoy sharing that passion with others, and I make a strong effort to keep lessons engaging and fun so students stay motivated and excited to learn. I believe every student learns differently, so I tailor my teaching style to suit individual needs, strengths, and learning preferences. My approach is friendly, patient, and supportive, creating a comfortable environment where students feel confident asking questions and learning at their own pace. I focus on clear explanations, effective study habits, and steady improvement. I especially love seeing my students progress over time, whether that means improved grades, stronger understanding, or growing confidence. Supporting students through their learning journey and celebrating their achievements is what motivates me most. I have a strong and diverse educational background. I attended a private Spanish primary school and completed part of my secondary education there, which helped me develop strong academic foundations and adaptability in learning. After moving to the UK, I completed my GCSEs and achieved excellent results, earning all 8s and 9s, including two Level 2 Distinctions. I then went on to study A Levels in Biology, Chemistry, and Mathematics, achieving three As, and I also earned an A in AS Level Sociology in Year 12. I am currently a first year medical student at the University of Manchester, where I continue to build on my academic skills and passion for learning.

Hi! I’m Sahib, a Mechanical Engineering student at a top 10 UK university who loves exploring how things work and finding creative ways to make them better. Outside of studying, I’m passionate about sports and fitness - from football, to padel, to boxing I try any sport I get the opportunity to play! Music and art are a big part of my life too, as I'm always listening to music and I draw from time to time to unwind. I love helping others learn and improve, and I try to bring the same energy and positivity from my hobbies into my tutoring sessions. I’m currently studying for a Bachelors of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering at a top 10 UK university, where I’m on track for a 2:1. My degree has helped me develop strong problem-solving and analytical skills, especially through modules like Thermodynamics and Fluid Mechanics. Before university, I studied at a state-funded school, where I completed my A-Levels in Mathematics, Physics, and Psychology, as well as my GCSEs graded 9–7 including Maths, English and Science.
