Hi, I am Hawa, a Biomedical Sciences student who enjoys making challenging concepts feel clearer, more manageable and less stressful! I tutor GCSE and A-level students, focusing on clear explanations, strong exam technique and confidence-building. My lessons are structured but relaxed, starting from what the student already knows and breaking topics into manageable steps using simple language, visual aids and guided practice. I adapt my approach to each learner and use past-paper questions regularly, so that every student feels more confident, well-prepared, and proud of their progress. Outside tutoring, I’m active in university life and enjoy a mix of reading, films, fitness and travel. My name is Chloe, and I am currently in my final year of my masters! I enjoy teaching as much as I enjoy learning. My lessons will be interactive, detailed and adapt to your needs, it will be a safe space to learn and understand different topics. I look forward to sharing my love for knowledge with you! I completed the International Baccalaureate where I went to study 6 subjects in sixth form at Dartford grammar, (rather than the typical 3 A levels). I then completed a degree in biomedical sciences (1st class dissertation), then went straight into my Masters. I am now in my final year of my masters studying to be a Physician Associate!

I'm currently a veterinary medicine student at university, slated to graduate in 2030. I have two younger brothers and have always been one of those strange children who enjoyed going to school for the learning, not just the fun. Outside of education I am a knitter, a crocheter, a badminton player, and an avid creative writer. I was involved in Scouts for two years and was part of the National Honour Society in high school, a society for students in American high schools that select members based on four pillars: academics, character, service, and leadership. I enjoy explaining things and hope to ensure that my students gain a greater appreciation of the subject matter, but I will settle for getting them through their exams if that's all they want. I attended CAJ, an international high school in Japan that following the American curriculum. I took 10 AP subjects, which are slightly narrower in scope but no less thorough in depth than A levels, and scored 5s (highest score) in all but English language, where I scored a 3 (pass mark). The AP subjects I took were Japanese, Calculus AB, Calculus BC, Statistics, Physics 1, Physics 2, Chemistry, Biology, English Language and Comprehension, and English Literature and Composition.
