Hello, I’m Isabella, I’m 18 and currently studying Journalism at the University of Sheffield. I will be tutoring children to prepare them for the 11+ exams. I completed my A-levels at Hills road sixth form college where I studied English, History, Sociology and completed an EPQ. My hobbies consist of listening to music, reading, playing the violin and journaling. Hello! I am currently studying Theoretical Physics at the University of Bath. My main pastimes include hiking/camping, going to the gym, and running, so I do hope that I can relate to many of you! For me, tutoring is developing a clear understanding of subject knowledge instead of regurgitation of facts; learning should be to question and to think critically rather than to memorise. With me as a tutor, you can expect to gain a deep insight into your subject and acquire the ability to excel in your exams. I attended Swanmore College Of Technology where I studied 10 GCSE's achieving 5 9's in (Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Enterprise and marketing and English literature)- 4 8's ( Maths, Computer science, English language and History) 1 7 ( Further maths). In my A- levels I achieved an A* in Maths, an A in Further Maths, an A in Physics and an A* in an extended project qualification for which I did extensive research in quantum mechanics and furthered my understanding of the double slit experiment exponentially (in both the quantum and classical realm). Currently I am a first year undergraduate at the University Of Bath studying Theoretical Physics.

My background as a learning support assistant taught me how to break complex ideas into clear, manageable steps — especially for learners who struggle with confidence or anxiety around maths. I use interactive methods, games, and real-life examples to keep lessons fun and memorable. Above all, I believe progress starts with encouragement, and I aim to create lessons where students feel supported, proud of their effort, and inspired to keep improving. I studied Psychology at university, where I developed a strong understanding of how students learn and how confidence impacts performance. My studies helped me recognise that progress isn’t just about intelligence — it’s about mindset and approach. Before that, I achieved three A-Levels and gained hands-on experience working in schools as a learning support assistant, supporting students across maths, English, and general study skills. I’m now planning to continue my studies in Marketing and Business Management, combining my interest in psychology and communication with a passion for helping others grow and reach their potential. This mix of academic study and practical classroom experience has shaped my calm, supportive teaching style, helping me identify learning gaps quickly and adapt lessons to each student’s needs.

My name is Huda i am a passionate, dedicated 3rd year medical student with a strong commitment to helping students unlock their full potential.With experience in tutoring in biology , chemistry and science of primary , secondary (gcse/Alevels) as-well as junior and leaving certificate students .
