Hi! I'm Favour, I have experience tutoring students who are studying English language and Literature for their GCSE's. As a tutor I aim to breakdown questions & lessons to go along with the students' pace. During lessons I use the students interest to channel their learning & I am patient to ensure they get the most of the time. For example I once used a students' sports interest to breakdown the structure question in the AQA language paper 1 question 3. What I love the most about tutoring (apart from spreading knowledge of course) is getting to know, learn and see students develop. I love seeing wonderful personalities and interests come through, so I look forward to meeting you soon! Outside of tutoring, I am involved in marketing communications. In my spare time I like to watch movies, videos on dog grooming, skincare & perfumes, spend time with friends and bake (when I can). I’m an Oxford Chemistry student who has achieved top grades in Chemistry and Maths. I love helping students build confidence and improve their results. I have experience supporting GCSE and A-Level students, focusing on making tricky concepts clear and approachable. My lessons are patient, structured, and tailored to each student’s needs so they can reach their full potential. Studying a Chemistry degree at the Univeristy of Oxford has helped me develop a strong academic foundation and deep subject knowledge in both Chemistry and Mathematics. I studied at Loreto College, achieving A*A*A in Biology, Chemistry and Mathematics at A-Level. Before that, I attended Burnage Academy for Boys, where I achieved Grade 9s in GCSE Sciences and Mathematics alongside other subjects. My education has strengthened my problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as my ability to explain challenging concepts clearly and effectively.
