I've been a teacher for 6 years now, handling various subjects in Junior High School and Senior High School, age ranging from 10 to 23 years old. I started this journey in 2019, and completed it this September 2024. I earned my degree in Bachelor of Secondary Education, major in Mathematics, in 2018. During my time there, I was a Dean’s Lister, demonstrating my passion and dedication to academic excellence. I graduated as Class Valedictorian during my Elementary and Secondary School. In terms of experience, I’ve been teaching as a Senior High School Teacher II since October 2021. I’ve had the opportunity to handle various subjects, including Mathematics, Practical Research, and Accounting related subjects. Before this, I had a brief stint as a substitute teacher in September 2021, and I also taught for three years at Jose Rizal Institute from 2018 to 2021, teaching Mathematics to both junior and senior high school students. I have already attended various trainings and seminars in Mathematics. Aside from that, I won different competitions in Mathematics, the recent was as a winning coach for National Olympiad and set to compete in International Olympiad. Through my experiences in different teaching environments, I’ve developed a strong foundation in instructional methods and a deep commitment to helping students excel in their academic pursuits. Hi Shaun here, I am a Grammar school student and having done the 11+ myself find comfortable in tutoring students taking the 11+ in addition to those in Years 7-11, as my main strengths are in Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and Physics. I did take Biology and Chemistry for my A levels and have achieved A grades in all these subjects. I am currently a medical undergraduate student working towards my Medical Degree. I was a Grammar School student having completed my GCSEs and A-Levels before I moved on to University. I am currently a Medical undergraduate student. For my GCSEs I achieved grade 9 in Math, Biology and Physics, grade 8 in Geography and Chemistry and grade 7 in both English literature, language, History and Spanish. For my A-Levels I achieved grade A for Biology and Chemistry. Towards my university admission process for medicine I took the UCAT test having achieved a score of 3060 placing me in the top 3% of UCAT test takers in the country for that year.
