I am 19 years old taking a year out before going to study economics at university. I studied maths, physics and economics at A-level and got A*AA. I was captain of my first XV rugby team and have put on workshops for younger students so leading and helping peers is in my nature. Having recently left school, A-levels are fresh in my memory. I understand how a student wants to learn and what they may be struggling on in the syllabus. I attended Bradford Grammar School, where I was awarded a means-tested bursary in the 11+. I have 11 GCSEs and 3 A-levels all of equivalent grade A and above. Physics at A-level, in particular, forced me to work hard and be a critical thinker. I enjoyed the challenge of applying knowledge.

I am known by my peers to be a highly enthusiastic, young healthcare student with a positive attitude towards learning. I have a keen interest in helping pupils excel in their studies by making it easier for them to reach their goals through an adaptable teaching style to meet each student’s needs. Besides academia, I am someone who is passionate about learning languages, as well as playing sports like Badminton and playing guitar. I love trying new things and I am always up for a challenge that may come my way. At university, I was a student representative for 2 years, hence I have experience of being a leader.

Hello, my name is Lorenzo and I am an Italian mathematician. I have been a university lecturer of maths at the Department of Pharmacology of the University of Rome Sapienza from 2020 till 2025. I have worked at an international college in Rome (courses fully taught in English language) as a teacher of maths and physics for international students of years 10 and 11, following UK Cambridge curriculum and preparing them for their IGCSE exam.
