I have always had a passion for Mathematics and I am excited to share my love for maths with you. I have recently finished my A levels and now am studying a bachelors of science in Economics at the University of Bristol. On a personal level, I enjoy playing football and Golf. Attended a state school in GCSE to achieve 99988888876. I then went to WQE college to study Mathematics, Further Mathematics, Economics and Ancient History. I achieved an A* in Mathematics in 2024 and AAA in 2025. So I am fully aware of what is required to achieve your goals: we can discuss this in your first lesson.

I am a professional tutor with significant teaching experience in Economics and Business Studies. I have a strong passion for teaching and helping others succeed academically and personally. I enjoy sharing knowledge with others and making a positive impact on a student's life and academic journey. My desire is to help students overcome academic challenges and achieve their full potential. I have helped students consistently improve by 1-2 grade boundaries and secure places at top universities. University-level students have developed stronger analytical essays and improved their grades in coursework, exams and dissertations. I hold a PhD in Economics and a Masters Degree in Economics, Banking and Finance (with Distinction) from a top UK business school. I've also attended several executive education or professional development courses in Statistical Analysis, Climate Change Risk in Finance and Project Management from Imperial College London, University of Edinburgh and the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) respectively, amongst others. My subject specialisms include Economics and Business Studies, and I teach these at all levels including GCSE, A-Level and Degree levels. For university students, I also teach Management, Finance, Statistics, and Econometrics. I particularly specialise in helping undergraduate and postgraduate degree students in Business, Economics and Social Science subjects work through their academic essays, dissertations, research proposals, case studies, reports and presentations

Hi! I’m Haivyn, and I’ve recently finished A Level Biology and Chemistry, two subjects I made strong progress in and now love helping others understand. I know science can be overwhelming, so I focus on breaking things down clearly and explaining them in a way that makes sense to each student. I’ve worked with children in several settings. In a Year 8 science class, I supported students who were struggling by using diagrams, hands-on examples, and simple language to match their way of thinking. Some students needed topics broken into small steps, while others needed real-life links to stay engaged. I also made sure to check in often, praise their progress, and build their confidence bit by bit. At Let Us Play, I supported children with disabilities, helping them feel comfortable, included, and understood. I learned to adapt my communication style and be patient, especially when children needed extra time or reassurance. At Nita’s Hair and Beauty, I looked after children while their parents had treatments. I kept them entertained with games and friendly conversations, and made sure they felt safe and listened to. These experiences taught me how to connect with young people, explain clearly, and be the kind of tutor who supports not just learning but confidence too. I completed my GCSEs at Colton Hills Community School, taking triple science, Maths, English Language and Literature, RS, and two BTECs in Sport and Health and Social Care, achieving A*s in sciences and strong overall grades. I then studied A-level Biology, Chemistry, and Economics at The Royal School Wolverhampton, completing my courses and now awaiting results. Following a consistent revision routine helped me excel academically, while playing netball developed my teamwork, leadership, and resilience. Teaching a Year 8 science class strengthened my communication and patience. These experiences have shaped me into a disciplined, confident, and empathetic individual, ready to take on new challenges with a strong passion for learning and helping others.

Hi, I’m Jeane! I’m a passionate English teacher who loves helping students connect with literature and language in fun and creative ways. I strive to make learning exciting with lively discussions, role-playing, and fun activities, all while sparking curiosity and building confidence in my students. When I’m not teaching, you’ll find me watching movies on Netflix and making sure I hit my 10,000 steps every day, which keeps me energized and motivated throughout the day. I am a Physical Therapy graduate and have completed a Teaching & Demo course with New York Universities as an international student. My academic background has provided me with a strong foundation in teaching strategies, language, and literature. Through my studies, I developed the ability to design well-structured lessons that cater to individual students’ needs. After finishing my TEFL course and got certified, I gained experience in creating engaging activities and incorporating real-world examples to enhance student comprehension and make an interactive, enjoyable learning experience.
