While teaching is my passion, my hobbies play a huge role in shaping who I am and how I connect with others. I’m an avid traveler and love immersing myself in different cultures. Hi - I'm Maria! I have just finished my degree in Biochemistry and Genetics from the University of Sheffield and I love Science. I have a passion for sharing my knowledge, owning a YouTube channel in which I make A Level Biology revision videos. Aside from academics, my main passion is Muay Thai (Thai boxing) and I train up to 10 times per week!! I hope to fight professionally one day. My favourite artist is Green Day. I have just graduated from an MBiolSci degree in Biochemistry and Genetics from the University of Sheffield. I also have A Levels in Biology, Chemistry, and Spanish. I also run a YouTube channel called "A Level Biology Help" where I explain the content of the course followed by related exam-style questions.

Hi, I'm Mona! A little about me; I tutor Primary and GCSE-level students in English. Right now, I'm more focused on GCSE students. I have in-depth knowledge in English literature from Shakespearean plays like Macbeth to War and Conflict Poems, and more. I'm fluent in English, write a lot, and I absolutely love creative writing so that comes in handy when guiding students through revision for the English Language Paper. I'm also familiar with exam boards such as AQA, Edexcel, and Eduqas. What I love most about my tutoring sessions is that from the onset, my students and I try to make learning not feel like a chore. We strive to not only achieve the educational goals we set out but we make it so that the main objective is to learn and understand, not just pass a test. I'm open-minded and firmly believe there is no such thing as a person who can't be taught. Each student is different from the next and all anyone really needs is the right kind of guidance. I am currently in University for my Bachelor's but I graduated from the equivalent of UK A-Levels with honours. My curriculum was English, Arts, and Humanities-centered so I had subjects such as Media and Information Literacy, Research Writing, Creative Fiction and Non-Fiction, Contemporary Art, etc. I used to write for a travel blog and was the assistant to the managerial editor of a newspaper company so I proofread, edited, and wrote articles a lot.

I graduated university in the Netherlands just about 2 years ago and obtained a a double degree in English and economics! I am now beyond excited to help you get better at math, economics, business studies, English, or maybe a combination of all 4 haha! I currently am still living in the Netherlands but will soon be moving to Vienna to start a new chapter! I really enjoy tutoring and helping people become better at their desired subject(s), it really is incredibly rewarding to watch people make progress and exceed their own expectations with my help. I spent a lot of my teenage years moving around Europe, I ended up settling in Vienna, Austria and going to high school there. I graduated and obtained the IB Diploma before moving to Tilburg, the Netherlands to get a bachelor's degree in Economics and English. Moving to study in the Netherlands was an amazing decision, I have loved every minute here and I highly recommend the Netherlands to all students considering studying abroad! Soon though, I will be moving back to Vienna to start my professional career within the heart of Europe and alongside the people that matter most to me haha
