*Empowering Students to Reach their Potential as a Dedicated Tutor I specialise in helping students excel in GCSE and A Level Maths & Business Studies, boosting their confidence and surpassing their academic targets. With a track record of guiding students to achieve grades from C to A*, I focus on unlocking each student's potential. With nearly 10 years of experience in one-to-one tuition, I am well-versed in the latest GCSE and A Level Maths specifications across exam boards including AQA, Edexcel, OCR, WJEC, IGCSE, CIE IGCSE & TMUA. *Teaching Approach* Understanding each student’s unique needs and capabilities is central to my teaching. Attended Staffordshire University between 2006 and 2001. During this time I achieved a BA Hons 2.1 in Business Studies and an MSc Pass in Marketing. During this time I helped International students understand subject material who found lectures too fast paced. It was during this time that I realised 1 to 1 tuition was something I could excel at.

I completed my Bachelor of Education Degree in Senior and FET PHASE, majoring in Mathematics, Geography and IsiZulu Home Language with University of Pretoria. I also did my Teaching English as Foreign Language. I recently completed my Bachelor of Education Honours in Mathematics and Science Education. I’m now persuading my Master of Education in Mathematics Education with University of Pretoria. I’ve worked as an Education Assistant at Thathunyawo High School. I was teaching Mathematics grade 10, 11 & 12 Natural Sciences Grade 9. I also worked as an online teacher at International Schooling an online school based in Singapore, I was teaching Mathematics and Science Grade 7-12. I am now working as a Grade 12 Mathematical Literacy, Grade 10 Mathematics. My name is Ash and I love tutoring students and showing them ways through which they can not only become a confident learner, but also a confident person overall. I believe that learning should not always be serious and so I tend to make learning interesting for my students at all times.
