Hi, Bonjour ! Je m'appelle Chloé (my name is Chloé) and I am a French native speaker :) As travelling and getting to know new cultures and languages is a real passion of mine, I am very excited to share my own; French culture and language. I myself had to learn a language that is not my native language (English) so I definitely know how challenging it is for my students to learn a new language. Therefore I can particularly help my students to overcome the fears they can have to learn a new language and truly put myself in their shoes. As it worked for me, I like to give lively interactive lessons using images or videos to optimise memory and focus. I also encourage my student to speak as much as possible, as I believe it is the best way to learn any language : 'PARLER, PARLER, PARLER'. I am the most experienced in giving lessons from Primary to GCSE level. I also have some experience in teaching A Levels and most particularly with adult learners and travellers. I have experience in private French and Art lessons with children aged 6 to 15. My interests include: travelling : I travelled and lived in over 11 countries and got to know very diverse cultures all over the world. Important : please note that I do not teach English anymore. Teaching Art : I have an Art and design BTEC and studied a BA at the university of the Arts of London (UAL) and currently studying at les beaux arts of Paris and have been a practicing artist ever since. I cam teach Art and Design GCSE students, particularly to give feedback on their portfolio. I am the most experienced in giving lessons from Primary to GCSE level. There I got the ESOL Entry 2 (NQF) and the IELTS ( grade 6.5) followed by the BTEC in Art & Design (equivalent to the bacalaureat) and then moved forward to a Fine art BA at UAL. Currently, I am in my third year of BA at Les beaux Arts of Paris ; where the French literary level is very high and sustained. In other words, I'll be very comfortable in both language to give you the clearest French lessons and to support you all along throughout the learning path you're taking!

As a third-year Mechanical Engineering student at QMUL, I have always had a natural affinity and deep passion for numbers. I possess extensive experience working with numerous students across diverse learning environments, including dedicated tutoring centres. I have successfully taught Mathematics up to A-Level and Sciences up to GCSE, helping students master both foundational concepts and advanced exam techniques. I am a third-year Mechanical Engineering undergraduate at Queen Mary University of London (QMUL). My university coursework heavily involves advanced applied mathematics, mechanics, and physical sciences, building directly upon the solid foundation of my secondary education. Prior to beginning my degree, I completed my A-Levels in Physics, Mathematics, and Economics, where I achieved grades of AAB.

Hi, I’m Nushra Imtiyas a passionate and dedicated teacher of Mathematics and English, committed to helping students grow in both confidence and ability. I believe learning should never feel overwhelming, but instead be engaging, meaningful, and enjoyable. Whether it’s analysing a text or solving a challenging Maths problem, I design lessons that spark curiosity and build independent thinking. I focus on breaking down complex ideas into simple, clear, and relatable steps, making learning easier and more effective. My teaching style is interactive and student-centered, where students are encouraged to ask questions, share ideas, and actively participate. In English, learners explore characters, themes, and real-life connections, while in Maths, concepts are linked to everyday situations to make them practical and easy to understand. Most importantly, I focus on building confidence step by step, celebrating progress and helping students move from “I don’t understand” to “I’ve got this.” Beyond teaching, I enjoy reading, playing netball, and jogging, which helps me stay energetic, focused, and positive in every lesson. I graduated with a degree in Software Engineering, with a strong focus on English, Mathematics, and Information Technology. Over the past six years, I have taught and tutored students of different ages and abilities, which has helped me grow not only as a teacher but also as a supportive mentor. Hi! I'm Lisa. I enjoy helping students build confidence and develop a deeper understanding of the material, rather than simply memorising content for exams. I believe that understanding the fundamentals is the key to long-term success, so I focus on explaining concepts clearly and encouraging students to ask questions. My goal is not only to help students achieve their target grades but also to develop the problem-solving skills and knowledge that will benefit them in further study and university. Outside of academics, I enjoy playing the guitar and listening to music, particularly Chinese artists such as Jay Chou. I aim to create a friendly and supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable learning and making mistakes. I graduated from St Paul’s Girls’ School for sixth form and achieved 4 A*s in Maths, Further Maths, Chemistry and Physics. I am an upcoming second year Mechanical Engineering student studying at Imperial College London. I have add around three years tutoring 1v1 and 1v2 experiences in KS3 sciences and GCSE maths.
