Hi there! I'm Tami Okono, and I'm excited to be your tutor. I'm currently studying Economics and I'm in my final year at University. I'm 20 years old and I really like the colour green. Hello! I am Riddhi. I was a graduate student studying Theoretical Physics at the University of Edinburgh 2021-22 and have now switched to web development recently. I am particularly interested in teaching Physics as well as Mathematics, as I can confidently claim that I have developed a deep intuition for both of these disciplines over the years. I believe that learning both Maths and Physics can be made into a fun process if taught accurately! I have done a Post-graduation course in Theoretical Physics. Apart from my personal education, my tutoring expertise lies in teaching Physics from Year 8 till Year 13, as well as teaching Maths till Year 9. I have been in the tutoring profession for past 5 years now. My greatest achievement so far would be getting a student from zero interest in studying Physics, to teaching them beyond their current year curriculum within just months. Being a Masters student, I understand the necessity for learning certain conventions (the hardest bit for a lot of students) in Physics and Maths, understanding which makes students grasp the subject matter much more efficiently.

I am Miriam Hajj, a 23-year-old dedicated medical student with a strong passion for education. I aspire to become an expert medical doctor and ultimately a university professor, where I can guide and inspire students to achieve their academic goals in the most effective and supportive manner. I firmly believe that education is not merely a requirement, but a pathway for personal and intellectual growth. I have been tutoring for approximately seven years, since I was in college, supporting students across various levels, including GCSE and A-Level. I have also worked in different educational centres, particularly with students who had failed their national exams. I organized intensive one-month courses focusing on biology, chemistry, math and physics, and I am proud to say that almost all of my students successfully passed their exams. I have also tutored students preparing for the DELF exam for those aspiring to study in France. During medical school, I further honed my tutoring skills by organizing intensive three-month sessions for students preparing for medical and engineering school entrance exams. Driven by a lifelong passion for science and medicine, I excelled in my studies and achieved a national rank of 12 in the national examinations. I pursued rigorous academic studies, focusing on subjects like mathematics (algebra, statistics, and analytical geometry), physics (mechanics and electromagnetism), and chemistry (general, solutions, and organic). This rigorous foundation was complemented by 9 biology courses, encompassing topics such as histology, cytology, botany, genetics, anatomy, vegetal reproduction, animal reproduction , geology and embryology. The path to medical school proved highly competitive. I successfully navigated the demanding pre-medical program, which included a rigorous first year with a challenging curriculum. I then successfully competed in the highly selective medical school entrance examination, facing fierce competition from over 1000 applicants for only 100 places. The examination comprised rigorous written tests in all subjects, including a crucial English and French language proficiency test. I am proud to have secured 50th place. I am currently in my fifth year of medical school, eagerly anticipating the commencement of my hospital internship in the coming months.

Hey I am Si Yeun! I'm a PhD student researching heterogeneous catalysts, and I have 1 year of experience tutoring Mathematics, Chemistry, Biology and Physics for GCSE and below students. Having had some tutoring myself during my GCSE period, I know how much of a nerve-wracking experience it is for both students and parents. With my lessons focusing on teaching based on the students' learning style, I hope to put those nerves at ease. Below is the list of subjects I teach and at which level. Obtained an upper second (2.1) classification for my BSc in Chemistry at Cardiff University. While my speciality is Chemistry on paper, maths and physics are integral to what I do in my current and previous research.
