My name is Saffron, and I am a 2nd year Neuroscience student at the University of Manchester. Getting into this course at a Russel Group University required stellar GCSE and A Level grades which I was able to achieve through thorough and dedicated studies and personal teaching. I believe that active learning through frequent recall, question and answer sessions and flashcards is the best way to retain information. Combining this with practice paper questions from the start of teaching guarantees success. I am well versed in working with primary and secondary school students through 1 to 1 teaching and am committed to creating an interactive, personalised, and enjoyable lesson plan catered to every pupil's learning style. Hi, I’m Maja! (Pronounced Maya). I’m an astrophysics postgrad and a qualified secondary school science teacher. I’ve been through the full rollercoaster of science education, from fighting my way through a master’s degree and emerging with first-class honours, to teaching Year 9s on a Friday afternoon who would rather be anywhere else. Now I help GCSE and A-Level students believe what I already know: you can do this. My goal is to make science feel understandable, interesting, and even a bit fun. When I’m not teaching, you'll find me hanging upside down on an aerial hoop, or writing stories inspired by science and folklore. I went to secondary school in Hungary, where I was initially more interested in the humanities, until I fell in love with space and modern physics. For my leaving qualifications, I completed Advanced Exams in Mathematics and Physics and achieved an A. At university, I completed an integrated Master of Physics degree at the University of Southampton. My first three years focused on general physics (including lab work, mechanics, quantum physics, solid state physics, and wave physics) with a few modules of astronomy. During my master’s year, I had the incredible opportunity to conduct research at the Harvard & Smithsonian Center for Astrophysics, where I studied the relationship between black holes and their host galaxies and wrote my thesis on this topic. I graduated with first-class honours in Astrophysics. After university, I felt drawn to education and wanted to help students grasp the beauty of science, so I completed a year of school-centred initial teacher training. I now hold a PGCE with QTS as a qualified science teacher.

Hi! Im Eloise, I graduated from the University of Lincoln with a first class psychology degree in 2025. I also achieved an A* in my psychology A level. I am excited to share my passion for psychology and help other students get the best grade they can! I attended the Cottesloe school (2015- 2020) and gained my GCSEs with grades 5- 7, and a distinction* in business studies. I then joined the sixth form at the same school (2020-2022) where I achieved an A* in psychology, A in history and distinction* in business. I then went to the University of Lincoln (2022-2025) where I gained my Batchelor's degree in psychology with first class honours. During my degree I covered a broad scope of psychology topics and research skills, including my dissertation in my third year in which I achieved a first class grade on.

Hi, I’m Jeane! I’m a passionate English teacher who loves helping students connect with literature and language in fun and creative ways. I strive to make learning exciting with lively discussions, role-playing, and fun activities, all while sparking curiosity and building confidence in my students. When I’m not teaching, you’ll find me watching movies on Netflix and making sure I hit my 10,000 steps every day, which keeps me energized and motivated throughout the day. I am a Physical Therapy graduate and have completed a Teaching & Demo course with New York Universities as an international student. My academic background has provided me with a strong foundation in teaching strategies, language, and literature. Through my studies, I developed the ability to design well-structured lessons that cater to individual students’ needs. After finishing my TEFL course and got certified, I gained experience in creating engaging activities and incorporating real-world examples to enhance student comprehension and make an interactive, enjoyable learning experience.
