My name is Qasim and I want to teach you as I am a motivated teacher wanting to push students' grades higher than what they are currently. I believe I am a fun and immersive teacher who can help you to enjoy the content that you are struggling on. Having already tutored multiple students before, I believe I can be someone who can push you to do your best and achieve the grades you didn’t think you could have. I completed my education at Queen Mary University of London, completed a degree in Aerospace Engineering achieving a First Class Honors. I am now working as an aerospace engineer at GE in Wales, working in multiple different sections of the business.

This degree demanded intensive problem-solving, providing me with the expertise necessary to teach complex foundational subjects like Calculus, Mechanics, and Advanced Physics with absolute clarity and precision. Building on this theoretical base, I pursued a Masters in Business Intelligence and Big Data at the University of Greenwich, London UK. This advanced study shifted my focus from purely theoretical problems to practical, real-world application. It emphasized how to use advanced statistics, data modeling, and cutting-edge analytical tools to extract meaningful, actionable insights from complex systems.

Hi! I’m Mehmood, 19 years old and currently studying medicine (MBBS) at Hull York Medical School. While I absolutely love studying, I have many other passions that burn just as brightly — I’m into sports, gym, and cycling, and I’m always open to trying new ones! Some cool facts about me: I speak English, Pashto and Urdu. Also, I have a 4-year-old tabby cat called Misty, and I’m one of six siblings! I attended St. Peter's RC High School in Gorton, where I studied separate sciences, business, geography, religious studies, and core subjects, achieving 6 grade 9s and 3 grade 8s. I then studied biology, psychology, and chemistry at Loreto Sixth Form College, earning A*AB in my A-levels. During my medical school application, I achieved a UCAT score of 2750 Band 1, securing four medical school interviews and ultimately firming Hull York Medical School—where I am currently studying medicine (MBBS). Alongside my academic journey, I’ve been a private tutor for the past two years, helping students build confidence and achieve top grades in science and math. I also completed a 3-week teaching internship at COOP Academy, delivering science lessons to Year 8 and 9 students. Additionally, I’ve gained valuable clinical experience working in GP practices and hospital settings, consulting with patients and developing strong communication and empathy skills.
