Hello! My name is Abz. I provide 1:1 GCSE and KS3 Maths, Biology, Chemistry and Physics tuition across all major exam boards including AQA, OCR and Edexcel (to name a few). With over five years of tutoring experience and having achieved A* in A level Biology, Maths and Chemistry, I help students build confidence, strengthen their understanding and achieve their academic goals through personalised and structured lessons. My approach is calm, patient and tailored to each student's individual needs. I focus on identifying knowledge gaps, breaking down difficult concepts into clear explanations and building a strong foundation of understanding using diagrams and examples on the interactive whiteboard in the virtual classroom. A key focus of my lessons is exam preparation and technique. My students regularly practice past paper questions with guided, step-by-step support to improve their ability to apply knowledge and recognise question patterns to approach exams with confidence. I have 10+ years of teaching experience at school level, academies and online classes. To help my students out with their queries and bringing them out of grey zones is my utmost priority. My hobbies include working out, football and research. I believe that physical activity is very important for our mental health and it also helps us in making better decisions. On the other hand, I am constantly trying to research new studies and theories as learning is not restricted to a certain age group rather it is for all of us until we can still breathe.
