Hello! My name is Erin, I am currently a first year medical student at the University of Birmingham. As a tutor, my main aim is to quickly determine a students weaknesses, then create a dedicated study plan to help them improve in those areas. I believe that active recall, spaced repetition, and lots and lots of past paper questions - are the key to success! I am well versed in tutoring students of all ages; I have tutored various students ranging from ages 6 to 16 in a variety of different settings. I am also experienced in entrance exam tutoring. Having sat several entrance exams over my lifetime, I understand how to make a study plan that is both time efficient and effective, and how to utilise this study plan effectively. I have previously mentored students who wish to study medicine through UCAS, entrance exam and interview preparation; several of them currently study at top universities, including Oxford and Cambridge! In my spare time, I am a highly creative person - I frequently attend dance classes, I music direct/conduct my university choir, and I scrapbook! I also love to read :) Currently attending the University of Birmingham Medical School - 1st year, Medicine. Attended a top London Grammar school; where I achieved 10 A*s (Grades 8-9) at GCSE level, and 3 As at A level in Biology, Chemistry, and Psychology. In addition to educational qualifications, I also study the piano; I have completed my Grade 8 and am currently working towards my diploma in Music Performance!

Hi Shaun here, I am a Grammar school student and having done the 11+ myself find comfortable in tutoring students taking the 11+ in addition to those in Years 7-11, as my main strengths are in Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and Physics. I did take Biology and Chemistry for my A levels and have achieved A grades in all these subjects. I am currently a medical undergraduate student working towards my Medical Degree. I was a Grammar School student having completed my GCSEs and A-Levels before I moved on to University. I am currently a Medical undergraduate student. For my GCSEs I achieved grade 9 in Math, Biology and Physics, grade 8 in Geography and Chemistry and grade 7 in both English literature, language, History and Spanish. For my A-Levels I achieved grade A for Biology and Chemistry. Towards my university admission process for medicine I took the UCAT test having achieved a score of 3060 placing me in the top 3% of UCAT test takers in the country for that year.

I’m Tabitha, an experienced and friendly Chemistry and Maths tutor with over 1,100 teaching hours. Hi! My name is Sarah! I am an undergraduate biochemistry student who has done a year of Bsc chemistry! I do tutoring as my part time job/full time job during the summer! I am a patient and understanding tutor who had worked with many students through a school programme on a different platform and I'm now branching out to private tuition! I have experience with many exam boards, and many different types of students, including SEND. I pride myself on my ability to make subjects make sense and adapt my teaching style to my students' needs! I tutor biology and chemistry from primary to A-Level, English is only offered at GCSE.
