Hi, I’m Ade – GCSE Tutor (Maths and Science) I’m a graduate in IT Management for Business, and I offer tutoring in GCSE Maths and Science. With a strong academic background and a passion for helping others, I aim to make learning more approachable and less stressful for students. My sessions are tailored to each student’s needs—whether that’s boosting confidence, preparing for exams, or simply making tricky topics easier to understand. As someone who’s been through the GCSE journey myself, I know how important it is to have a tutor who’s patient, relatable, and explains things in a way that makes sense. I completed my IT Management for Business degree with a 2:1 classification. The course combined maths, science, and business, giving me a strong mix of technical and practical knowledge. During my studies, I gained experience using IT systems, managing projects, analysing data, and improving business processes. I learned how technology, maths, and science can work together to help organisations make better decisions. I also took part in team projects that were based on real business situations. Some of the modules I did well in included Systems Analysis & Design, Business Intelligence, Strategic IT Management, and Quantitative Methods. These helped me improve my problem-solving and analytical skills and understand how to create solutions that meet people’s needs. My degree also improved my communication and critical thinking, which I now use to explain maths and science topics clearly when supporting students.

Hello my name is Carla Edmunds, I am from South Africa, I am a 36 year old English, mathematics, Biology and Geography teacher. I am a qualified preschool teacher as well as a Pastry chef. I love to travel around the world teaching my subjects as well as travel for my leisure , however teaching is my passion, I love to learn from my students as well as making sure that my students enjoy and understand their lessons for the day.
