I hold a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology with Education units, giving me a strong foundation in analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication. This background allows me to integrate technology, structured reasoning, and efficient learning tools into my teaching. I’ve completed additional training and hands-on experience that strengthened my ability to simplify complex ideas and support students with diverse learning needs. Years of working with learners of different ages have made me highly adaptable, responsive, and confident in adjusting to each student’s pace. I’m a 21 year old dental student studying in Bulgaria. I’ve taught students in the past, mainly during their GCSEs and A Levels, and I’m really excited to start teaching again. I’ve always been passionate about helping others learn because not only does it allow me to support students in building their confidence and understanding but it also strengthens my own knowledge. Outside of teaching, I love baking, painting, and playing sports like badminton :) I attended Nower Hill High School for both GCSEs and A-Levels. For GCSEs I achieved grades 9, 8, 8 in Biology, Chemistry and Maths respectively. For A-levels I achieved grades AAB in Biology, Maths and Chemistry respectively. I am currently studying dental medicine at the Medical University of Sofia.

Hi, I’m Amay I am currently an Accounting & Finance Undergraduate student Having a vast range of direct past experience both in tutoring and working with children, I am comfortable in such environments and am passionate about the teaching I do I like to make lessons enjoyable so that my students are always thoroughly engaged by using a variety of techniques to cater learning towards each individual student, I am very enthusiastic at this prospect and leveraging my subject knowledge and past experience to improve student's learning experience and helping them achieve to the best of their ability. On the whole, I myself have achieved A*/A in in my own GCSEs and A-levels and look forward to helping more students in improving their learning also. Alongside these, I have completed qualifications in statistics, financial studies, computer science and business.

I am a First-Class Computer Systems Engineering graduate. Mathematics and Computing have been central to both my academic journey and professional experience. With 11 years of teaching and tutoring experience across GCSE and A-Level, I have developed a strong understanding of the UK curriculum and the common challenges students face. I enjoy helping students move from confusion to clarity by breaking complex topics into structured, logical steps. Beyond improving grades, my goal is to help students build confidence and develop deep, sustained understanding. I believe Mathematics and Computing should feel logical and empowering — not intimidating. I completed my BSc in Computer Systems Engineering at the University of Westminster, graduating with First-Class Honours. My degree gave me a strong foundation in programming (Python, C++, C, VHDL and Assembly), embedded systems, microcontrollers, hardware design and robotics. During my studies, I led and contributed to several technical projects, including designing FIR filters using VHDL, programming PIC and MBED microcontrollers, and developing software systems in C++ and Python. I was also recognised with academic excellence awards for my performance. Prior to university, I completed my A-Level certification at Ahmadu Bello University, studying Mathematics, Chemistry and Physics, and earlier obtained my secondary school leaving certificate at Livingstone College . Alongside my academic background, I have over 11 years of experience teaching and tutoring GCSE and A-Level Mathematics, as well as several years teaching Computing. I have worked in UK secondary schools as a Teaching Assistant supporting STEM subjects and SEN students, and as an online tutor delivering structured, results-driven lessons. My specialisation lies in Mathematics and Computer Science, particularly breaking complex, abstract ideas into logical, manageable steps that build deep and lasting understanding.
