The reason I chose to study this because it included using a lot of technical and problem-solving methods, it also included a lot of Mathematics which was one of my favourite subjects at school. I would say Algebra is one of my strong areas and I completed the Level 3 Edexcel Algebra award in secondary school. When I teach I primarily use a lot of worksheets and exam-style questions which will help the student improve on the subject and feel better prepared for any upcoming exams. If a student is struggling to understand a concept , I use diagrams, videos and allow them to have more practise until they are comfortable with the topics. As a current university student, I understand the challenges of academic work and exams. I hope to instil resilience and confidence in students by offering clear explanations, practical study strategies and focused support tailored to each students goals. My sessions are structured but friendly and help students feel comfortable whilst making real progress. I graduated Secondary School with 3 A Levels: English Literature (A*), Politics and Government (A*), History of Art (A) and and Extended Project Qualification (A). I am currently a student of the Dual BA Program between Trinity College Dublin and Columbia University meaning I am working on two BA degrees (one from each institution) simultaneously over four years. Both degrees are in English Literature but I hope to minor in History of Art for my Columbia degree.

Hi my name is Nayab and I am an Aeronautical Engineer working in a Mechanical Engineering role. I have been teaching various students since I was 16 as I enjoyed teaching and helping others achieve their best. I have taught various students in different years and different abilities and have also been referred to many others through word of mouth mainly.
