Hi, I’m Safoora, currently a second-year medical student with a strong passion for education across a range of subjects. Medicine has taught me not just the importance of hard work, but also how to communicate complex ideas clearly and patiently — skills I bring into my tutoring sessions. I tutor GCSE Biology, chemistry, combined science and psychology, as well as KS3 and KS2 Science. I understand that subjects like biology and chemistry can sometimes feel overwhelming, so I focus on breaking down difficult concepts into manageable, straightforward steps tailored to how each student learns best. I’m genuinely passionate about helping students build confidence and develop a deeper understanding so they’re fully prepared to tackle any challenges they face in exams. I believe learning should be interactive, engaging, and relevant, so I work to create a relaxed and supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes. I received my early education at three different primary schools, which provided me with a strong academic foundation. I then completed my GCSEs at a college and pursued A-levels at a community school. I am now a second-year medical student at the University of Nottingham.

I’m a medical student with a passion for teaching Biology, Science, and Maths at primary and GCSE levels. Almost 10 years in higher education, I’ve learned two key things: 1) Every student can succeed with the right teaching approach, and 2) Learning should be active, using techniques like spaced repetition and active recall. I focus on breaking down complex topics, using examples, mnemonics, and past papers to help students understand. I’m patient and adaptable, always ready to find new ways to explain concepts if needed. Outside of academics, I’m passionate about sports, gaming, and tech. I’ve coached an under-15 basketball team and teach guitar at my church, which helps me connect with students and build trust to boost their confidence and performance. I graduated from Glasgow in 2020 with a 2:1 in Biomedical Sciences and am currently pursuing a medical degree. My strong academic background in Maths, Biology, Chemistry, English, and Geography enables me to offer well-rounded and insightful tutoring.

Hi, my name is Vrut and I am an aspiring astrophysicist with a great interest in chemistry. I love studying and researching various concepts in the field of physics. I look forward to helping students with improving their grades with tips and tricks which personally helped me. I am very passionate about helping students understand STEMM ideas with ease using various different and unique techniques. At GCSE, I did the core subjects English, Maths and Sciences. In addition to these I also did Computer Science, Music, Frech and Geography, in which I achieved mostly grades 8's and 9's. At A-level, I did A-level Physics, Chemistry and Maths in which I achieved 3 A's. I am currently a first-year student studying Astrophysics at university of Edinburgh. I have experience in assisting and leading lessons in various scientific topics. I also have quite a lot of experience with tutoring young students and helping them understand difficult concepts with ease by explaining difficult concepts in simple terms and using various diagrams and imagery.

I am Sarood, a friendly and dedicated maths tutor who supports her students in every shape and form while fostering a positive, engaging, and enjoyable learning environment where students feel motivated, confident, and excited to learn and grow. So I want to bring this change and shape every young individuals lives. I completed my GCSE's at Ormiston Forge Academy where I achieved grades 9-5 in 10 GCSE subjects, including Mathematics 6 and English 7. Additionally, I did my A Levels at Forge too, I got AAAB in Mathematics, Physics, Sociology and EPQ. As a result, I have completed my BSc Honours Mathematics degree with a FIRST CLASS scoring an average of 75.17%.
