Hi, I’m Jan Lloyd Francisco, and teaching Mathematics has always been more than just a profession for me — it’s a platform to inspire confidence and critical thinking. From the very beginning, I’ve believed that math isn’t something to fear, but something to explore. As a math teacher, I bring energy, creativity, and real-world relevance into every lesson. I have also completed the academic requirements for the Master of Arts in Education major in Mathematics, further strengthening my expertise in advanced mathematical concepts, research, and instructional strategies. This graduate-level training has deepened my commitment to evidence-based teaching and continuous professional growth. Over the past four years in a formal classroom setting, I have handled diverse groups of learners, designed structured lesson plans, facilitated interactive discussions, and implemented assessments that promote critical thinking. In addition, I have been tutoring students for nearly five years, providing personalized academic support, simplifying complex concepts, and helping learners build both competence and confidence in Mathematics.

I have been a tutor for 2 years, specialising in Maths and English, but I am comfortable teaching a range of subjects. I am in my second year of university studying Law, which has given me many skills such as attention to detail and a strong work ethic. I transfer these qualities to tutoring, and my priority is helping students excel in their studies by providing effective and engaging lessons that tailor to each child's needs. I completed my GCSEs in The Abbey School and my A levels in Kendrick School, achieving results of a high standard that I was proud of. I am now studying Law in university, which has been a passion of mine for many years. Hi! I’m Aldrin Morgan, a friendly and experienced math tutor with over 13 years of teaching experience.
